I was craving a good healthy salad, they have a berry burratta with kale and nuts that i had wanted to try.
It was delicious, just satisfying i really enjoyed it.just unfortunately it's not something i can do regularly because it's a little too expensive for me but definitely i will be going again.

To say I am obsessed with the Shroomami bowl would be an understatement. This vegan bowl is amazing! And it’s a huge portion. I modify it by removing the raw beats and adding sweet potatoes & chickpeas. And of utmost importance is to use the Spicy Cashew dressing instead of the recommended Miso. And with this location you can take your salad to go enjoy in madison square park!

Terrible management. I had a horrible experience with this location. They advertise and promise $5 Sweetgreen app download discount before you download the app and order. When you come to the cashier to pay, they charge the full amount. When you question it, they pretend that they know nothing and ask you to email the headquarter. The person who held himself out as manager was incompetent. He totally ignored me and my questions. I doubt he was the manager. I would not use this location again.

Great choice of salads and warm bowls. It’s packed during lunch time so order ahead on the app if you want to skip the line

I was visiting New York on a day trip, I love NY spent majority of my childhood there. This salad place is phenomenal, they have everything you can think of and more. I was looking for a light and healthy option and this place was perfect!

Terrible Sweet Green location. Consistently out of chicken an hour before closing and wait times for in restaurant ordering are absurd. The priority seems to be placed for online orders however the line of delivery drivers is usually significant. Staff is difficult to track down and often closes prior to the COVID 8pm stated close time.

Tylik the manager provides the clients with hospitality and service. The salads are best salads thus far in Manhattan. SG is awesome.

Terrible staff slow service, and my salad bowl had 90% leaves and 10% toppings, really disappointing as I qued for 40 mins. Will not but going back, staff were rolling their eyes at customers in front of me and talking to eachother more than serving customers. Would not expect this from somewhere charging $14 for salads.

Watched every server ring up the customers (touch the screen, swipe credit card) then go back and make the food using the same gloves they had on. Every single one did this. IDK man don't touch the screen, the credit cards that have been likely dropped on the street a dozen times then touch my lettuce

Place is a joke! Staff treat you like cattle and don’t even take the time to explain what you’re allowed to put in your meal. First time going here and the last! Awful company

Ordered a steelhead fish salad. Got back to work, fish is unbearably salty and dry. Ugh.wont order fish again. Yesterday's lentil was superb though. Hit or miss, I guess.

Staff is sloppy. Talking over food. Spilling food. When a customer is unhappy they start speaking Spanish to each other. Very uncomfortable.

Love the salads. They’re always fresh and filling and the service is pretty fast. Try coming here before the lunch rush or per order the salad. Always try the specialty salad, they’re always delish

The salads look and taste delicious, but there is something seriously wrong with the food in this place. My husband and I began ordering in in June. I was ordering in a few times a week when I began to feel ill to my stomach. It was not bad at first, but it began to get worse. Eventually, i got so ill that I could not eat anything anymore. My food habits had remained the same except for the Fact that I had begun eating salads from Sweetgreen. I suspected it could be the culprit, but I thought “noway. ” Over the course of a month and a half during which i was sick (I saw GI drs, and even had a CT scan, that is how bad it was), I eliminated then reintroduced nearly all the food. Then this week I reintroduced Sweetgreen. The day after is when I began to feel ill again. My husband got gastritis and ill too the day after we had sweetgreen. Coincidence? We decided not to eat from this place anymore. After doing some research I learned that other people got food poisoning from this place too. It is disgusting that disgruntled employees work at the cash register and take payments and then continue to work on the food using the same gloves with which they touched money and credit cards! By the way, I ordered from Just Salad for years and never did I feel sick after eating it. Not recommended.

Oh my goodness! Best salad I’ve had in a long time. It was fresh and dangerously good. They have a great range of options to choose from and make for the perfect salad. The staff provided outstanding service and worked as a team. Junior was super polite and friendly. Will definitely be back for another great salad.

Really bad experience. I ordered fish taco bowl with an extra avocado. I was given a rotten, blackened avocado in a really small size (not even a quarter thickness of the whole one). When I asked the staff to change it to a normal one (half of an avocado), I was told to add money to get what I should have deserved. The salmon was in a really thin slice (as opposed to its normal thickness). The hot sauce was also missing in the bowl. Overall the whole order was neither fresh nor tasty. I’m really disappointed with the unstable quality of food and bad service.

An extremely busy location during lunch hours but the line moves very quick. Fast and good service! Love sweetgreens! The food here is for people that are/want to be health conscious. The portions are big here and you can make your own bowl (w/o meat) for less than $10!

Kind of pricey but worth it for the quality ingredients
