If you order during lunch time expect 30 min delay in finishing time. Even after the app said the food is ready it took another 15 min to actually be put out front.

The people who work here are mad kind, I don’t know how they do it with so much traffic coming in & out. Whenever I visit the city I come here, always the same considerations no matter what.

Good value for money, impeccable for a quick and healthy lunch break that changes the burger / hot dog / fries diet.

Disappointed with this location, careless team and chaotic system. They couldn't find my order and constantly forgot my information. Terrible experience overall. Not recommended for those seeking efficient service and clear communication. Look elsewhere.

L-O-V-E. Hands down, the best salad place I’ve been to. Excellent fresh ingredients with awesome service. Can’t wait to work my way around the menu.

This location always have your orders late for pick-up - when they tell you via app that your order is ready, it won’t come out on the shelves until 15-20 mins past promised time. Such a waste of time. Already happened to me twice. This second time I scheduled for 12pm, app alerted 11: 40 that the order is complete, so I arrived at 11: 55 just to give them some time, and waited there for 25 mins! Unacceptable. You call this FAST casual? Oh and it gets even better - when I finally got the order and left in a rush ofc I didn’t check what’s in inside. It turns out they also got the order wrong! Missing multiple ingredients and dressing. Laughable at this point.

Hands down the best Sweet Green downtown! The customer service is very welcoming & makes us customers return for more great salads. A worker by the name of Kiera was very helpful on which salads are popular & I would like to thank her for her service.

I absolutely love coming to this specific location! It’s just something about how this location makes their salads, my mom & I love the way The Sweet Green employee Kierra greets us every time we come for our daily salads.
