Problem fixed very efficiently. The technician was able to locate the problem in my ductless air conditioning unit on the wall and found the part in stock. He went to pick it up and was back within an hour. Problem was fixed within the next two hours. Great and friendly service as has been my experience with Swezey for many years now!
