She is intelligent, experienced, thorough, resourceful, dedicated, helpful, workable, and has a great personality. Karianne has secured tenants who have stayed for long periods of time which enables low turnover, lower costs and less work on my part. The most unprofessional place to do your taxes and also immigration services.
Don’t waste your time your going there because they will make you wait longer. Also the manager mr shah is rude no respect not professional don’t like to help clients tells someone else to take this client. This place is very very unprofessional no good services. Don’t recommend to go this place no professional people. Don’t file your tax here because they mess up the year of your taxes and also ma shama who speaks in her language is so rude she talks loud to clients. There was this client who wanted to speak to ms shama told someone to tell the client that she doesn’t work here anymore not willing to take care of the client that she needed help from her so rude and unprofessional No good services also the owner he just sits in his cabin and watches what people are doing that’s it. He also says that he’s busy doing nothing and just sitting in his cabin Don’t waste time coming here and don’t file your taxes here. Also mr. Anwar when he comes whenever he wants and doesn’t take any calls when a client calls. Don’t waste your time coming here what service you need help with.also there was a client who needed to speak with mr anwar she kept saying that she’s been calling wanting to speak to him for the months he said he will give a call back which he never did. Also the manager does nothing but wanders around the office being rude and disrespectful he’s also not a professional manager he doesn’t even take clients no calls just sitting there watching everyone from the camera absolutely doing nothing also don’t do immigration from ms shama because she talks rude and she’s mean to clients and she’s disrespectful to clients all she does is wander around the office comes late whenever she wants leaves early whenever she wants and goes on break whenever she wants and client calls says wants to speak to her she doesn’t give call back and also she’s mean to clients. Also the manager is lazy and doesn’t do nothing but watching from the camera all the time not wanting to help Clients. Guys there’s also other offices to do your taxes and immigration services you need help with. Guys don’t apply here for a job because the manager and the others will disrespect you especially it’s for the front desk they work at the front desk and the people at the back just don’t like to respect you they just like to mistreat you just like the damn manager.

I highly recommend Syed professional services especially if you have immigration related questions you must visit there. It was pleasure to work with Ms Sadaf she helped me with my immigration paperwork. She answered my phone calls and tried to resolve my issues as soon as possible.

Wish I can give 0star. Worst experience ever. It's over a month now we had waited just for a call till today never heard back just for a waiver. Each and every time whenever we ask for Sadaf, they tell us that she's gonna give us a call back or she's busy with the client even we ask for another person who can help us and they told that no since she helped us before, she's going to give us a call back instead giving us another person to help.
