I would give them zero stars if i could. The admin staff is unbelievably uninformed and unprofessional and I work in the medical industry so for me to write that is unheard of.
I can not recommended that practice at all.
Canceled my MRI appointments twice because of the office didn’t send authorization on time (and still hasn’t). Not only are they not reachable during office hours or after, the text message also rarely responds and just sent an EOD (unavailable) message to reply to any message received during the day. More importantly the answering service has a horrible manner at 7: 15pm on 1/30. He hung up on me when requested him to deliver message. When I called for the second and third and nth time, I was cut off of the line right away without even being picked up, or picked up and hung up when hearing my voice. I hope they recorded such behavior.
