Symphonized, Brooklyn NY

Symphonized is very average products with misleading US advertising; it is Made in China, it does not have any unique design, and price is too high. Most of the reviews and YouTube videos are either paid, or done by influencers. If you can buy Sony ZX for less than $10 or Apple EarPods for less then $15 on Amazon then you either buying it because of the advertising, or getting as a gift from your "friends". Anyway, compare to over real brands headphones, Symphonized is poor quality headphones and have very frustrating customer service.
P. S: Got mine Symphonized as a gift and happy that had a gift receipt, so can easily return it and buy SENNHEISER which surprisingly cheaper right now, less than $30 on Amazon.

I was very excited about this product. It is sleek looking (albeit the design is very similar to the lstn Troubadour) and had pretty good reviews. I decided to order directly from Symphonized, expecting great customer service, sadly, I was wrong. When I finally received the headphones, first, it was in an Amazon box which was halfway opened, I emailed them immediately, even before opening the box and sent them photos of the box, asking why it was in an Amazon box, I asked that question several times throughout our correspondence and have not received a reply. I then proceeded to excitedly open the headphone box and try them on. They are much too big for my head, the fall below the top of my ear and there is a big gap at the bottom and that, at the very smallest setting. I emailed them to let them know, and they are unwilling to take them back. The last email I received from them was two days ago giving me the address to send them back for them to send me another pair, which is useless since it’s a sizing issue. If I had ordered it from Amazon, it wouldn’t even be a problem for me to send the, back. So if you have a small head, keep shopping.

Really great headphones and super friendly service. I couldn't decide which product was the best fit for me and when I called, I was immediately assisted and the rep took her time explaining everything I needed to know. When I got the headphones in the mail, they were everything I could have wanted. LOVE LOVE LOVE!

Have their over head model and really love it. Amazing sound quality that really surprised me

Really strong product. I just purchased a set of their Wraiths during their site sale for my wife. I've been using their buds for a year or two now and after getting her the big ones, I'm kinda jealous. Seriously funky and cool.

Got a pair of buds from them and they are AMAZING. The wood has such a nice polished finish and there were so many different options to choose from!

Products are really wonderful and unique. I've been buying these for years and they make good gifts too!
