The best gym ever! I love the people that come to this gym and the energy I feel when I’m working out. I made a lot of friends and will never go anywhere else.

The gym is ok but the classes with Freddy are amazing. He knows what he is doing and you get results from his classes. I also started personal training with him after enjoying his classes. He is fantastic. He motivates you, he checks in with you. He includes a diet plan. He takes his job seriously. Check out his Monday or Friday night class. You won’t regret it.

Don’t listen to the haters. Probably just miserable people. Great inexpensive gym. Great staff and decent equipment.

Huge place, very clean kept. All the basics one can find here. Staff needs to be more welcoming.

The BIGGEST thing for me is that it's open 24 hours during the week. I met with one of the trainers there when I first joined, and 5 months later I'm writing this. …. WHEN YOU GO there, you have to ask for a session with SPIRO! He has helped me take accountability for myself, and worked with my schedule changes over the last 5 months. I've lost the weight that I wanted to, and I'm now in the process of putting on the muscle! Spiro even took the time to meet me at the supermarket, so I could make the changes with my eating habits. LETS GO SYNERGY!

Worst company. Worst customer Service. Worst management. Worse Gym in America, do not go here unless you want to workout with crooks.

Going for over a year. I like the hours. Some maintenance for equipment needs to be done but otherwise, I like it there.

Love the place. Affordable and the staff is either friendly or they keep to themselves unless you need something. They have fresh towels, locker rooms and showers so it pretty mush has everything you need.

The new guy they have working here over the weekend is extremely rude and very demanding. It's very uncomfortable.

Been a member for years, small, but the hours are great and they're open on holidays. Friendly staff

The equipment littel bit old, but you can do there everything. Nice pepole, very wide, and you don't need to wait too long for devices. Great place! And the price is very good. Worth the investment

Very nice gym. Lots of machines and accessories for your workout. Most of the the machines are in a very bad condition which sucks

I guess for $20 a months is not bad.we need a day pass but walked out after the front desk woman- Renice? - was very rude. There’s never any need for bad attitude, especially nowadays when you can just walk to the next gym. Oh well, not going back there again!

I will recommend planet fitness over this one. I go to this location just because it's near my home. And they are not 24/7. They are 24/4 mon-thu. They will charge you 32 bucks for a month

Need to change the cancellation policy.
Cuz it’s unfair to charge for extra month after canceling.

Very good gym. Awsome service and all the personal trainers are very friendly and know what they are doing. I definetly Recommend you to try this gym out

A cheap gym with terrible equipment, scratchy towels, and salty staff. If you try and cancel your membership they will make you fill out paper work that wont get processed and you will be continually charged. Avoid at all costs

THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE SCAM, THE GYM STINKS. AND THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! NEVER GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD DETAILS TO THESE PEOPLE

I almost don't want to tell people about my gym because I want it all to myself. I love that it's open 24 hours during the week (wish it was open 24 hours on weekends, too!) and it's got all the equipment I need. If you want a flashy gym, go somewhere else. If you want an inexpensive place to get a good workout, this is your place.
