I’ve gone through CAPS since March for medication management and I’ve had nothing but an awful experience here. Dr. Aslam will talk over you, not listen and when you try to explain that things are not working he claims you are not trying hard enough. I recently saw Dr. Hines and he was going to call in 3 medications for me. He never called anything in the day of like he said, so I called the office and he then did (kinda). He sent in only one of three. Not only that, he sent in the WRONG medication. I’ve called and left 4 voicemails on separate days (which seems excessive, but when it’s medication can you blame me?) and have had no returned calls and no correction. Please do not come here for med management. I don’t want anyone else to be as frustrated as I’ve been.

I recently took my children to get a dental exam and a cleaning for the first time at this location. This review is specifically for the dental hygienist, Ms. Milton. She was amazing and went out of her way to fit my kids into her busy work day. She was friendly and kind to my children and did a great job with their cleanings. The staff at the front desk was also very helpful, efficient, and friendly.

So sunny did I teach you religion? Do you understand what you lacked in your life. They have been watching you your whole life also. The world is your religion.
Also I told you that noone is ever supposed to get electric shock if they have a cancer it makes it come alive. You have to fix the water fountain. This is why there are so many problems!
When miss. Rice ran things this never happened.

I wish they answered the phones. It’s so unprofessional. I left a voicemail and I shouldn’t have to drive here to schedule an appointment. My son was in the hospital for three days. I called for a follow up appointment. Never received a phone call back. Guess patients aren’t a priority.

My fiancee was in the hospital for 6 days in April. Had a follow up appointment with a doctor at the East Fayette location at the end of April. Nothing was done. Received a text from the center to set up cancer screening per some findings from his hospital stay. CAN NOT GET THROUGH to anyone to set up the screening. Option 3 and 6 just rings then says there is nobody to answer the call. It's like a cruel, sick joke. Way to handle human lives.

Most horrible service ever!
Apart from waiting at ur appointment for hours for doctor to finally come -the phone people are rude, arrogant helpless, literally hangs the phone on u!
I called now 2 times to make appointment-the rude careless woman takes 25 min to pick the phone then put me on hold for another 25 minutes and then they cut the line!
Nobody care there about patients and obviously they hate their job there!

The service is horrible, he never picks up the phone. I've been calling for two days and they still haven't picked up, the clinic isn't like before

Look, I know this is a low income clinic so I can appreciate what they do for the community. With that being said, this is easily one of the most unprofessional establishments in all of upstate New York. If you think you’re going to call and get through to any of their extensions - you’re not. I played phone pong with all morning and when I did get through to somebody they picked up the phone to hang up. I saw Kimberly Pisarczyk for my visit which was clearly a bad karma of some sorts. She never sent through my prescription to my pharmacy which I found out after waiting 15 hours after my visit and calling the office. That’s right. They told me she wrote down the prescription and never sent it. As if that’s some casual occurrence.

I promise you it’s worth paying the extra money at LITERALLY any other doctors office in this city than being played with at this clinic. Good luck and stay clear.

I’m just in auhh on how Everything is so unprofessional I can’t get the operators to answer the phone you can’t get in touch with anyone. What if you’re sick? What if I need to speak with your doctor.are used to go to the health center all the time now I want to stop going because the way things are done.

Let me start off Florica Miller, DMD dentist was horrible service and rude also rushed me out the door and didn’t help at all. Then my prescription got lost and sent to wrong place now I have to wait on there time to have it corrected and sent to the right place which I won’t be able get same day now after I double confirmed with them. I haven’t been here in years and will never come back ever this place so ghetto and mismanaged. AOVID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST UNLESS YOU WANT LOW GRADE CARE! Should be shut down I see why they want to build a new building should replace your employees too!

Their is very little patient care going on. You will call for an appointment and get a time to appear. You will appear at your time to sit in the waiting area for 90 mins, before being escorted to the back to be weighed and have your vitals checked. Then you will wait for another 40 mins in room alone. The nurse practioner will then show up and rush you through a diagnosis and treatment plan within 5 mins.

If you need to be examined your entire time spent with the doctor will be 10 mins 2 mins of examination, 3 mi s of questions and 5 mins of diagnosis and treatment plan. You will then be told to wait alone an additional 15 mins while they send a prescription to your pharmacy. You will find that the place isn't crowded but the process is outdated and management is old.

This place needs younger more adaptable management and capable doctors who show interest in building a doctor-patient relationship with their clients. You will be treated begrudgingly if you try to step outside of the process and request more time with the doctor to ask questions and create a medical history for a true diagnosis. The doctors will circumvent standard procedures for convenience. This leads to desensitized staff who view the patients as work and not individuals with problems that may effect their daily lives.

The community needs this health center and it was vital in the pandemic as it opened its doors for free covid testing. With the proper corporate culture, staff retraining techniques, establishment of an accountability system for doctors to ensure patient well-being and customer service practices, this place can really become a beacon of hope for the community.
