The front desk person needs to retire, shaming me for not having any time because I work an insane job with insane hours (I am poor, like everyone in this city), she doesn’t listen to you, she talks over you, she has gotten my birthday wrong like 6 different times. I couldn’t make an appointment because my car wouldn’t start and she was like “it’s TODAY! ” Yeah, no way? I know? That’s why I’m calling?
