We had Stan install our Pet Stop/ Syracuse Dog Fence over 10 years and Stan and Donna have always come through whenever there have been any minor issues.

It is nice to hear after getting back up and running…. No charge!

Stan and his wife are excellent to work with. They are fair and honest. I’ve had my invisible fence for a year now (we started when our boxer was a puppy). I was able to call Stan a few times at the beginning to make sure the fence was at the correct setting. He always got back to me and walked me through changes. Best of all, the product and collars work! Safely keeping our boxer in our yard with lots of room to run and play!

We have three German Shorthaired Pointers. Never had any trouble with the fence until we adopted our little female who is a firecracker. She blasted right through the invisible fence. We called Syracuse Dog Fence and Stan came right out the next day and fitted our crazy girl with a new collar set to high. We were reluctant as the shocked she received left her shaking and a bit scared, but after only a couple of squeals more she stays safely inside our fence now. Stan called twice to check on her. We are very satisfied with the customer service we received.

We had the underground fence installed in August of 2005. The best investment ever. We acquired a Saint Bernard pup who is now 2 & 1/2 years old with a 27 inch neck. I phoned the company & they helped me with a new collar - the others we had were way too small. He sent it to me "no charge". Who can ask for anything more. If you want a great product and great service please give them a call.

Company is horrible i called to Get a quote f0or the fe0nce and whoever answered the phone answeredcrying saying stop calling my mom was in an accident. I thought I had the wrong number until i said i was trying to get a fence then magically she stopped crYing said she was faking To fire her and Dan for being unbelievably rude. We've had our Pet Stop dog fence (installed by Syracuse Dog Fence) up for several years. Recently one of our dog collars had a hardware issue, I called them and was pleasantly surprised that the collar was under warranty. The collar was replaced in no time at all. Thank you!
