These guys rock! Had them install a four unit mini-split. Fair pricing and best of all amazing communication. Showed up when they said they would and did the work in a courteous and professional manner. I will keeping using them and highly recommend them!

He explained in detail the issues, and resolved all issues to get it up and working. Gave us recommendations to get other things repaired on it. Highly recommend Syracuse Energy especially Don.

Brian was the first on the scene to our rescuse followed shortly by Tom. Both were extremely knowledgeable, informative, & pleasant. They explained what was happening each step of the way. The price quoted was more than fair & it was the price charged at the end. This was wonderful as they ran into a couple of "odd" circumstances on the connections of the old unit. The area they were working was even clean when they were done which was great but unnecessary as we were still cleaning up the water.

Don, came my house to clean my furnace. Very insightful and professional. Went through the whole furnace and let me know on what may have to be done. Check the carbon dioxide level both from inside the house and from the exhaust from the roof. All looked good.
