Syracuse Market always has a great snack waiting during work hours. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is a smaller space, but they manage it well and have a decent variety of things for different needs. Keep it up!

Horrible customer service. Today I bought a wrap from the store and it was so stale and dry it cracked trying to open it up. When I brought it back the guy behind the counter told me it wasn't there fault and he wouldn't exchange it for me then laughed in my face like it was funny. Very unprofessional.
