Dr. Bianco is very personable and listens well, then returning his wisdom to me. I feel safe and in good hands already at this stage. I also had calceneous surgery in 2011 by a very young Dr. Fred Lemley, in his late 20's then, a remarkable talented surgeon. I had to quit racing but STILL ski like a bandit. I like SOS.

Dr. Bianco and all the support staff were excellent. I am very pleased with the result of my back surgery and would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone with back concerns. I had heard horror stories about back surgery before my operation, but found these to be completely false. I have truly experienced very little pain from the surgery and no pain at all since about 4 weeks after the surgery. I am very happy with Dr. Bianco and SOS!

Dr Duggal and all the staff were excellent. The wait time was short. I felt all my symptoms were considered and I have a solid plan for what I need to do to get better.

Saw Lisa Mahon yesterday for a follow up on foot injury. She was great she listened to my concerns and gave advice on recovery. I didn’t feel rushed she took her time to examine the foot/ankle and answered all my questions. She was professional, engaging, and empathetic.
Can’t give 5 stars bc the wait was too long. I arrived 15 minutes early and wasn’t seen until 15 minutes after my scheduled time. There were patients arrived after I did that were seen first, some within only a few minutes wait.

Always a pleasant staff, always willing to work with you. Dr. Bianco is always very thorough and takes the time you need to understand procedures.

The whole experience was excellent. From the front desk to Kelly who took my information, to the x-ray tech, to Dr. Lemley. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Lemley was very professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. Thank you all very much.

Wife had knee surgery 4 days ago and it clearly states if you need assistance you can have someone with you and they wouldn’t let me in. If I had been a man he probably would have let me in. He said guests aren’t allowed. I said I’m her spouse and she needs walk-in assistance. He was unapologetic. Hospitals are allowing visitors but SOS doesn’t even allow someone in to help their wife walk. Horrible.

The staff were very helpful and Craig Hanifin was really nice. I liked the way he explained everything.

Always a very clean facility customer service is very courteous, and most Craig Hanifin PA-C is number one for all the years I been in his care. Thanks to the staff for their fantastic services as well.

Staff is very pleasant had mri done the technician she
couldn’t of been more helpful at putting me at ease. The office on Taft Road near the DMV staff was also
pleasant Dr Smart was very knowledgeable took time and answered all my questions.

Receiving calls from this location for appointment rescheduling when I am listed as a patients emergency contact at 8 am. Not cool.

Staff was very helpful and friendly from front desk to X-ray to Dr visit, to tech who fitted an ankle brace. Dr Lemley was great. He went over all my treatment options and we reviewed what was best direction.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The provider got me right in, I did not wait long at all. Very professional.

This is only the second experience I've had with SOS and it's just as good as my first experience. A well oiled machine, extremely professional yet personable. It's definitely going to be my number one choice in the future despite the fact that I live in Endicott.
