I have had outstanding care at SOS. I've seen four specialists and had five surgeries (2 hip replacements, one minor back surgery, and 2 shoulder clean-ups and manipulations). I have found everyone professional, courteous and excellent at what they do!

I have been to quite a few orthopedic surgeons over the years for various things. Having an active lifestyle has caused some issues! With that being said, even during the time of covid, this establishment was very methodical in getting patients in and out and abiding by standards. Making the appointment was easy, I got in sooner than I thought I would. The I take process was easy and smooth as well. I probably only waited in the seating area for 10 minutes before I was taken in and seen. The doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable, explaining things to me about what's going on as well. I really liked the progression of treatment as well. I have had bad experiences in the past where doctors go straight to surgery. I am not one to even go near an operating table. I don't even like to take tylenol unless absolutely necessary! So the fact I have a doctor that's taking steps, x-rays, MRI, physical therapy, strength training over time to get to a better outcome is huge for me.
I would also like to add the staff there is very pleasant and kind. The entire process speaking with different individuals put me at ease knowing I was at a good place and they would take care of me. I would highly recommend this establishment if you need to see an orthopedic doctor.

I highly recommend going to SOS for any of your medical needs. The service and doctors are exceptionally great. I've used them many times over the years for different medical problems, and I always had a great outcome.

With Covid going on and the state of things I still received the absolute best service and experience. Dr. Lemley is one of the best doctors I have ever been to. He is regarded as one of the best and brightest but he made it simple and easy for me to understand. He actually took time to see me before, during, and after the procedure and made sure I was comfortable through the whole process. Also, shout out to nurse Stephanie who also was fantastic! She was courteous, attentive, and went out of her way to make sure I felt at ease. What a super team!

Dr. Bradley Raphael and his team recently performed my rotator cuff surgery. From the moment you enter SOS to physical therapy, you get the best treatment the whole way. Thank you for giving me a pain free surgery and recovery.

This was my second reconstructive foot surgery with Dr. Duggal. His bedside manners and knowledge are like no other. Dr. Duggal’s professionalism and honesty made me feel I was in the right hands. He corrected surgeries that I had done by a previous podiatrist and I can truly say I am now happy and satisfied with the outcomes. I wish I would have gone to him from the start! He was even kind enough to offer me insight into the medical field which I hope to pursue. I would recommend him for anyone’s foot and ankle needs.

Dr. Timothy Izant and Staff were just amazing throughout my entire surgical hip replacement. I have been an SOS Patient for years and will continue to do so. Thanks Again

I have been trying to schedule an appointment for a second opinion for an emergency surgery done when I broke my leg. After 5 calls over 3 weeks, SOS is "declining " to see me. Would have been nice to get that response 3 weeks ago. I asked for a reason, since my family has prior experience with two of the doctors.no answer.
I never imagined a health care practice "declining " until today. It's clearly a new culture that I don't want to be part o. Hopefully they will get back to fundamentals of care to bring the SOS reputation back.

I had to get a supervisor on the phone just to make appointment i didn't like way they handled me when i called but the supervisor was nice

Awesome from walk in to walk out very friendly staff and extremely knowledgeable doctor she knew right away what I had done to my wrist and swiftly treated me

I drive 1 1/2 hours to SOS, even though there are many orthopedic practices in my area, and it is well worth the time. Their state of the art surgical facility was flawless. Dr. Wnorowski is extremely knowledgeable and stays up to date. I highly recommend both SOS and Dr. Wnorowski.

I have had 1 hip replacement and 2 knee replacements within a year. Dr. Kopko is an Excellent orthopedic doctor. I had no problems after any of my surgeries. I would recommend Dr. Kopko to anyone who is thinking about having hip or knee surgery. He’s the best.

I was very impressed with the whole crew from start to finish. In lieu of our current pandemic situation the whole staff was very calm, professional, expedient, courteous, informative, and most of all compassionate.

A long drive for me, But in all honesty I'm getting top notch treatment! These people are fantastic!

This is a review of SOS Plus, the after hours care. I usually only give positive reviews, but I just had the worst healthcare experience and want to save you the trouble. After 2 weeks of gritting my teeth and "toughing it out, " I finally relented to family and friends telling me to seek help and went in for a diagnosis (shin splints vs.stress fractures, which require an MRI). I called SOS during the day and was told that we'd have to start with an Xray to rule out other things before they would consider giving me an MRI (can't see stress fractures on an Xray). So, I put it off two more days, again relented, made my way through the entrance advertising MRI, (see pic), signed in with the world's nicest receptionist (she gets 5 stars) at a counter advertising their MRIs (see pic), gave them my insurance information, went through the Xray, only to be told that my Xray looks fine, they don't do MRIs, AND THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE A DOCTOR TO SEE ME! He's only available on call for emergencies and my Xray isn't showing an emergency. If you, like me, are planning to go to SOS Plus because their website says its for "treatment of non-emergency orthopedic injuries such as closed fractures.staffed by certified physicians who are available for necessary consultations" please know that's not true. Door signage - nope, not true. Counter signage - nope, not true. Why are they even here? Just go somewhere else. They just want to run your insurance and send you on your way.

Dr. Alan Lemley and his staff is the best. They listen to your concerns, they do the necessary tests to confirm and address your issue at hand as they detail the a way they can resolve the issue in a professional and timely manner. I've had both my hands and one elbow done at his office and I would highly recommend if you have carpel tunnel or cubital tunnel. He's the man.

My office visit was very good. Was not a long wait to see the doctor and when seen by the doctor was very caring and information that he gave was very helpful

Beware of the EXTREMELY high office visit charge! I sustained a sports injury break of my ankle and visited SOS for an evaluation of my injury. The staff and doctors were polite and attentive, but that should NOT justify being charged $826 dollars for an office visit. I brought my own x-rays and spent approximately 10-15 minutes in the exam room. The doctor even stated that a return visit most likely would not be necessary. I argued the charge and was told that nothing could be done because that is what they charge to see a patient with a broken bone. What is broken are their charges to patients! Charges should reflect the amount of need and care a patient requires. I am sure I do not stand alone in my frustration.

Very efficient, frienly staff, always courteous. I have had three sugeries there in the past 3 years and am extremely happy with the outcome in all 3.
