Had an amazing Black Friday workout at Syracuse Sweat, led by the fantastic Coach Sarah! Great challenge, awesome vibes, and a super supportive community. Definitely recommend for anyone in Syracuse! Can't wait for my next visit!
I just started going to the CAMP classes. The people attending the classes and the coach are all great and supportive. Highly recommend this gym!

10/10 the best gym in Syracuse! The owners, Dan and Ellen, are both so genuinely kind, knowledgeable about fitness and care about seeing you succeed in their space! They offer crossfit classes, CAMP classes, personal training, nutrition help, etc; Everything you would need to enhance your fitness journey. The coaches know what they're doing and create a fun, and hardworking environment. I've learned so much from them and they've helped me to grown more comfortable in the sport of crossfit! There's a solid community at this gym and everyone is eager to make you feel welcome! Definitely check it out!
5 star CrossFit gym. Loved the CAMP class even though usually I am a lil bit of a CF addict. Thank you for super clean facilities, hands-on coaching, and creative programming! Strong community here - would highly recommend to brand new athletes and experienced folks alike. Definitely will drop in again when I'm in town!
I found a gym that offers group fitness classes, and I love it. I feel motivated to get there several days a week and look forward to making progress.
Syracuse Sweat Club is AMAZING! The coaches are fun and knowledgeable. You get the best bang for your buck, hands down. The pricing is really good for all you get out of the gym! Open gym, CAMP class, CrossFit Class, and a whole mobility area! Dan and Ellen really know how to run a good product. All the coaches are 10/10!
Absolutely great facility! While I have a mini gym at home, I joined SSC because I needed a support system! I found an entire community that supported me push through all the daunting workouts!
Excellent programs and environment paired with top level coaching; can’t be beat. Very welcoming of all fitness levels. All staff and members are extremely encouraging!
Coaches are amazing they take individual abilities into consideration. Form is emphasized corrections are made and the atmosphere of the gym is welcoming to all. I highly recommend this gym to anyone who wants to improve their fitness or for competitive athletes to incorporate this cross training into their regiment. My swimming has benefited greatly.
