4Absolutely Awful Appointment Today! When You Are Asked So What Brings You Here Today And The Child I Was Talking To Has No Answers? I Will Be Seeing My Primary Doctor And Let Him Respond Before I Make Formal Complaint. Always Been Top Notch Before But Today Totally Unacceptable
Had knee surgery recently after taking a spill on my mountain bike. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. I definitely was taken care of and they went above and beyond to make me comfortable as possible. Thank you to everyone at the Syracuse VA for taking pride in your work. Amazing job, keep it up guys <3

Hard to believe Syracuse va is a medical facility. They are not accountable to any one. They police themselves which is a joke. Things will never get better for the veterans. When they look the other way when things are wrong. I have been going to the syracuse va for 20 years. In that time I found doctors that don't write reports because they did not do their job. Doctors that can't read reports. I've been intentionally lie to. Record department could not find me in their files. I have had records loss you never know what your getting
