Best customer service I’ve received. Honestly if you live nearby and need anything T-Mobile related this is the store to go to. The manager is awesome and they always help with anything you need.

So this girl, if im not mistaken her name chantal; the (short girl with the red hair), was so rude! Rude to her coworkers and Rude to me and my husband in front of our son. She said thats the way she was and people had to deal with it. Then she was trying to excuse her behavior by saying how "Hangry" she was.she literally told me to relax just cus i wanted to go somewhere else to activate my phone.she should t be working here with that nassty attitude. Ive been coming to this store for YEARS.and wont be back. I dont think next time i will be so patient, and couldnt even get their job done correctly since they were not able to activate my phone after all.i had to call and do it myself.useless.

What can I say about the workers at this t-mobile store. Came to the store because I had a problem and the workers were 110 10% satisfaction fraction I mean this will be the only T-Mobile store I will come to for now on I wish there was more stars to give them but I give them 110% Is satisfaction guarantee. I never met workers this courteous it's courteous and so helpful trust me you will leave here very very happy.

Words cannot describe how the staff is here at this T-Mobile store. I have recently purchased a brand new Samsung S22 ultra from the store that's Just a block away from them and I was having issues with a brand new phone the other store was giving so much run around and back-and-forth for hours I was getting so agitated this store went above and beyond more than what they were supposed to to fit was supposed to to fix an issue that wasn't even there's one in there to get my phone fixed round up getting T-Mobile's wireless Internet earbuds upgraded to another phone and also they told me about a watch I did get everything because of the immaculate service these guys gave me There's no other way to explain how much I appreciate this store I will be going back to the store only to the store only and deal with these employees specifically

Loved the help from all the reps! Was a highly recommended to location, before they were fully Sprint. Rep was able to explain everything and gave me details of the plan that I got. Also was able to help me reduce my internet bill for my home Wi-Fi, by giving me the 30 day free Tmobile home internet offer. Manager and Rep Emily, Jorda, Luis and Sonaly were able to help me register for my T-Mobile account and set up my wifi.
I had bad experiences in other locations where the just sell you and don’t care to explain. Happy I found a good place close to my home.

I have been coming to this store for a pretty long time back when it still used to be Sprint. I am very disappointed in how the sales people in the store really just cared about there own money and tricking people into creating new accounts. They basically tricked my mom into making a new T mobile account, mind you the girl had ask my mom if she had a account with someone else already and my mother said yes. They said she was going to get the promotion of the first month of T mobil wifi free of charge. A couple days ago we got a bill of $55. I had to come back to the store multiple times to talk to the sales person, now we have to wait 6-8 weeks to get the $50 gift card to pay the bill.

Great service, I don’t even know what the other reviews are talking about but the service was awesome. I was so happy to be able to be set up on a plan for my business and internet for my business on the go with 30 days free. They got to hook up my tablet with service as well. They’re always jamming with good music!
