The one star reviews are the accurate and honest evaluations. Story of a week's worth of misrepresentation and belligerent immature and unknowledgable staff and services to ultimately find out they, Eric, oops said he couldn't help with why my service was canceled because they were, NOT A TMOBILE store. Oh really. When I asked who they were he gave me a name and pointed to a small plaque by the storage room door. I then took a picture of the plaque and Emily then proceeded to block the plaque with her hand and a box. Not sure what the whole fraud story is yet but just take your business elsewhere. This is the short version of a week's worth of aggravation.

Walked in to get a upgrade I was eligible for. Was told because I was originally a sprint customer that no one that could help that day and I would need to come in tomorrow. I asked them to help me find a location that would be able to help me because I wouldn't be available to come back in for their only staff member that is fully trained and they told me to call myself or come back. I think its very inappropriate to have a store open if your employees are not fully trained to use both systems that they need to use daily. It's also frustrating to go into the location at the mall and was told they should all be trained to help me that some employees just refuse to help old sprint customers. Like this was my fault they got bought out

WARNING! We got robbed here! Do not go to this store, they're resellers, this is not a T-Mobile store as they're advertised.

Never seen a store want to lose a long term customer so fast before. The guy employee in this store on Sunday lacks customer service. Go to their store to switch something out and the employee refused us as soon as we walked in.told us to leave the store and locked the door behind us. Almost Like we interrupted his break- mind you they open at noon on Sunday and it’s only 1: 50pm. Then while we call customer care because they are the ones who told us to go into a store near by, he is standing outside our truck yelling, cussing and taunting us.

My wife and I would like to thank Alex and Eric at this location for their frankly amazing help with my wife's new phone and apple watch. Alex took excellent care of us on our first visit when we ordered a new phone and again when we returned to transfer all the data and settings from her old phone to her new one. Of course there were a few unforeseen issues and we didn't make as easy as we should have, but these two gentlemen got everything working in good order for us. I'd also like to point out that they very effectively took care of other customers without our feeling neglected. And the watch is great!

Good customer service we saw jabari he worked 6 to 8 he stayed after hours to help us 10/10 highly recommend very relatable and funny and remembered our names

Straight criminals employed here. Employees here blatently committing fraud to pad their sales numbers, forcing accessories sales without the knowledge or consent of customers (even after asking if any accessories were wanted to be purchased and being told no). Then violating t-mobile return policies in refusing returns of orders placed online and shipped to store claiming they need to be returned via the customer service number. Claiming "these were policies set by their district manager".

Very disappointed in the service I received when trying to transfer over two new phones. I have been a loyal Sprint customer for more than 15 years and after dealing with the people in this location, I am considering switching my service. As an elderly adult with absolutely no tech skills I was in need of their assistance. However, the gentleman who was assigned to help me made me feel like I was bothering him. He said my phone was all set, and when I got home it didn't work. After being on the phone for over an hour with customer service we realized that he had never even installed the sim card into the new phone. I am still in need of service but will be trying a different location. If I don't get better service there, I will be visiting Verizon.

The customer service representatives were extremely rude. They did not acknowledge me even though was standing in the store for over 45 minutes. I had to indicate I was there. They didn't apologize for having me wait so long and the lady that was "assisting" me had a nasty attitude I had to leave. Would not recommend. You guys need to be better I have been a customer for over 10 years. Extremely disappointed

Probably the best experience I've ever had at a cellular communications store. Very professional and did NOT try to oversell you! I was in and out with new service in under 20 mins, and even saved money from recommendations from the staff. Definitely recommend going to this location, not to mention you don't have to deal with the hassle of going though the mall.
