17Jose was incredible! He was very polite and helpful with explaining all of the services to me, I forgot her name but the manager lady was so patient and professional she runs a great store! I’ll be coming back to this location from now on
Nice, professional service, I bought there phone, very satisfied, strongly recommend to All. Thank You.
One of the male techs lied about the deals and discounts he was giving me. I only realized when I got home and looked at the bill. I went to return mostly everything the next day. I get wanting to be a slick “salesman” but this was just a massive scammer.
Scammers on the loose. Never going back to this store. I am an international student. I went there requesting a new sim card with the same old number. The guy activated my new sim card. After a month, I found out that they activated international calling feature on all the 5 lines of our postpaid plan. I never told them to do so. I was charged $200/month on all 5 lines. They scam people by their own way.
Providing one star is a courtesy. I'm disappointed in the entire organization with their poor level of customer service. The phone lines and chats have been ineffective with extremely high wait times, so I reached out to the store for guidance. I was assisted by a gentleman, at the location who did attempt to troubleshoot. Things took a turn once I expressed my discomfort for providing my payment information, as suggested. I explained with the scams going on, I would like to explore coming in person. This option was denied. In addition, his soft skills were horrible and dismissive. The employees on-site can use some training on how to address customers, as they are still customer-facing. Being told he isn't customer service despite being in a service based business is a poor reflection of the company. The unwillingness to acknowledge where the company dropped the ball contributes to a poor experience. I know CSAT is struggling, do better as retention is essential to a company like yours.
Let me just say this is the best Tmobile store I’ve visited in the city so far. Originally I visited the location in Manhattan and I feel like the customer service was utterly disgusting. After visiting I wanted to switch over to a different network, but after meeting this young lady myriah I was more than relieved to resolve my issue and not having to switch networks. I really appreciated her time and dedication into helping me. I am proud to say that she deserves this 5 star rating.
The most inadequate shop.ive been told 3 times that manager was in store within a certain time for a refund, and everytime there's no manager. Nobody else is able to do anything or contact the manager and they refuse to provide their name or the manager one
We were fully scammed by one of their sales associates into switching to a much worse plan, buying device trackers that he told us were free gifts (that we didn’t want), and adding two new lines to our plan that we didn’t want and that we had zero use for. The changes also included initiation fees that he didn’t tell us about. I’m pretty sure they get commission for these account changes and upsells, but he basically ruined our account and, four months later we are still paying more than we were originally and dealing with the aftermath of this scam and have wasted hours on the phone with customer service as they try in vain to reverse the add ons that he signed us up for. We were happy with our service until this situation which has completely ruined our faith in T Mobile. Switching to AT&T.
Hundreds of dollars lost.
I was really excited to go in a shop for a Mother’s Day gift for my mom, I was the only customer there and I was taking my time to make my decision, when I was ready to be help I told them I was ready, a guy told some other guy to help me and he said I asked her for help now she wants to get help. That made me feel uncomfortable, and I was still waiting but he was taking his time so I decided to walk away. T-Mobile you should train employees for great customer service, for such a big company.
I wanted to transfer over to T-Mobile from Metro. I explained to the representative that I wanted to open three lines and I wanted the iPhone 11. He told me it was no problem and then I have to pay $30 for the activation fee for each line. After that he went to go talk to some girl on the side, when he came back all of a sudden I had to pay $350. I think that that was so bogus and very suspect. Next time I'm just going to call T-Mobile myself to try to get a better deal. Never going back there again
This place is a scam, I went int there for a new screen protector and the worker took pictures of my state ID. Come to find out, he activated a new line for a tablet and I only knew this after I received text messages from T-mobile, informing me. Don’t go to the t- mobile and I spent over 30 minutes just to get a screen protector too.
Chantel Arlin and Damon was Amazing. They were very helpful, they Understood my wants and needs and got me even more than what I wanted! I love this store and highly recommended coming here.
I had a wonderful experience at this location with Rodina (not sure on spelling). She was very respectful of my budget and was patient in telling what each option included. I even left and came back and I didn’t feel pressured, which can sometimes be the case. Thank you, Rodina!
Arlin Damon and Chantel was extremely helpful OMG like phenomenal. These two beautiful ladies helped me out with everything That I needed and I can not forget the Gentleman Damon he really knew his stuff and found ways and showed me products that benefited me so guess what I go them. Definitely recommend coming here from now on
DO NOT go to this store for services. I went there Saturday night 1/22/22 and tonight 1/23/22. The two workers last night behaved in the manner that they did not want to help. They did not LISTEN to the issues we were trying to resolve. Basically dismissed us. Returned tonight to this store, after talking to T-Mobile customer service last night, to try to resolve the same issue from last night. The same employee from last night was there tonight and said, ”Your Apple ID and password is not my problem. ” That wasn’t the issue we were having and he wasn’t trying to listen. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL. WHAT IS WRONG WITH TODAY’S GENERATION? Im in my 40s and I was raised better than that when it comes to customer service.
LOVE THE ENTIRE STAFF! Chantel the store manager was so helpful and I loved that she greeted me and had someone help me in less than a minute! Not sure how anyone could have a bad experience with these terrific employees. Definitely will be returning when my upgrade is due!
Is the worst experience that I had in my whole entire life, I just wanted to change my phone and they charge in my account a plan for 24 months and devices that I never ask for. They was xenophobic and misogyny.
