11Very helpful staff. I wish I knew this place was so close by earlier. I'd spent weeks trying to buy a phone online that I could use and went through four with no luck. The representative helped me buy a new phone and set it up quick, in time for me to grab lunch on my break.
Horrible customer service. Employee appear to be trainees and the one manager was unprofessional and did not go out of his way to try and assist with a simple set up of two cells and account verification.
Full of employees that don’t want to work. Not even a hello walking in. T-Mobile should just cut the fat.
Coming from Australia we needed a new sim card and they delivered with very friendly and helpful staff, at a very good price. Next time we are in NY that's where we will be going.
Knowledgeable staff which helps when you are having an issue that may not be resolved via customer service representatives via phone.
Worst experience. The staff just did NOT want to assist when I walked in to ask for phone/mobile. To the owner: please train the staff and teach them customer service!
Phone broke while visiting the city. Jeff was working and helped us out, he was helpful, knowledgable, and overall a very quick process where we felt no pressure to buy anything.
Service was disappointing and I showed up no phones on site. I was recommended to go to the nearest T-Mobile also no phones.when I asked if there was a way to double check before making the trip no one offered any insight, very disappointed.
I would like to share, I had a problem with my new phone & watch. I had spent days with T-Mobile & Samsung on the phone. T- Mobile tried to help but both companies could not resolve the problem. Before returning both phone & watch I walked over to my local TM store. JOHNTHAN was immersed in the dilemma immediately until the issue was totally resolved. He was courteous & professional. He spent a very long with me and was extremely patient! I recommend all TM stores and customer service. They do value there customers and try to keep them. I can't say enough.
I got there to order a new chip for my mobile Hotspot which I got a while ago. The T Mobile guy helped a lot. They even let me stay to charge my Hotspot well enough. Cool dudes
I am so happy I decided to go to this T-Mobile store when shopping for a new cell service plan. I was greeted by Jeff with a friendly “how can I help you”! After explaining what I was interested in, Jeff offered me two plans to consider. He was very knowledgeable and super patient answering all my questions. After I chose the best plan for my usage, Jeff proceeded to set everything up within 20 mins! The whole experience was pleasant and positive from beginning to end. I highly recommend this store, T-Mobile and of course Jeff! I now hope the connectivity lives up to the service so far. Thank you!
