T-Mobile, Williamsville NY

Hands down the best T-Mobile store ever - thanks to Josh and his team for their style of customer service.

Josh, the manager at the Williamsville location was exactly what I needed. He was patient and helpful. When I declined services or items he thought I would like, he wasn’t pushy about them. His store is clean and welcoming. I firmly believe the prices that ALL cell carriers charge are way too high, but that isn’t this branch’s fault. Josh made the experience easy, quick, and friendly.

My phone screen died 4 days before going out of the country. I wanted another Pixel phone and the store near me didn't have one. The manager called this store and they set one aside for me.
It was tricky since my screen wasn't working. But the young man was very helpful and patient. I'm not great with new tech, and he helped me with several questions as I was setting up the new phone.
I really do like TMobile, and I've always had good service. The only thing I'd recommend are chairs in their stores because sometimes it takes a while if all sales associates are busy. That is no reflection on this store, but what I'm sure is company policy.
Overall a great experience at what was a stressful time.

Super friendly and helpful staff and great prices! Even tho this location is kind of out of the way for me, I'll absolutely spend the extra time to come here for any of my Tmobile needs.

Excellent customer service. The young man helping me took all the time necessary to explain the details of their offerings. And set up the transaction. I'm very excited about joining T. And free Netflix is a nice bonus. Plus new P6's at a great discount.

My mom and I had to come in at the very last minute in a bind to help my fiance and his sister get onto our phone plan because of a death in their immediate family which caused them to lose their plan abruptly over at Verizon. Sabbir was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind as he and his coworker (whose name I did not catch) guided them/us through a super painstaking process of getting their long time phone numbers transferred over to T-mobile, which, was only as difficult as it was, because of Verizon not being the most helpful to them. This literally took at least 2 hours including waiting on hold with Verizon for 45 minutes, not including the actual call when someone did finally pick up to help, and they did not complain or make us feel rushed or guilty over needing to get the phones on and activated on their original numbers right then and there that same night, as they had to have phones to contact family and others that night, urgently, due to the death that had just occurred the day before. When things like this happen, having such kind and patient people there to help is crucial, and Sabbir and his coworker killed it in that aspect. Thank you guys. My mom and I will continue to bring our business there for the foreseeable future. A+

The Main Street location customer service is unmatched. Tried going to the Southgate plaza location because of location convenience and was so disappointed it was worth the drive. Every employee has always been extremely helpful and walked me through all of my questions without making me feel pressured. Will continue coming to this location as long as I’m in WNY!

The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and positive. They appear to enjoy their job and project that from the time you walk in. Every time I've been here, I'm impressed with how easy it was to find resolution, and how they don't hide behind a bunch of corporate policies. T-mobile has been a much better experience than years of nonsense with Verizon, Sprint, and Spectrum Mobile.

I recently went to this store seeking assistance with changing my cellular plan. Alexandria was most helpful and extremely patient in seeking a solution to the issue. She is extremely professional, a good representative of the company, and a valuable employee.

Just popped into to store to get a new sim card.the folks there are super friendly, the store was clean, they knew what they were doing and Alexandra was great - personable, friendly and took care of our issue right away.

Dion the Store Manager was super helpful! The store has excellent customer service. This isn’t the closest store to me but I will go there from now on because of how helpful the staff was!

Love this location! Went to see Deion and he was great. He showed me how to set up my netflix and also showed me how to take advanrage of the pure gear replacements for my phone. Great location!

Had nothing but a great experience. Went in simply looking for some rates as I’m currently with another provider. Spoke with the manager Deion gave me a bunch of options to utilize, and wasn’t pushy at all, and gave me all the information one would need to switch. If your in the market for new phone service, go to the T Mobile in Williamsville and ask for Deion, he will give you everything you need, along with great service.
