11Went to get a phone added onto my family plan and Dean was the one who greeted me and asked me if i needed help and helped me through it all. He was very professional and explained everything to me so I could better understand and answered all of my questions. He even offered me the Internet plan which i hadn’t known that tmobile offered and i will be changing internet providers soon. I am very pleased with the experience I had. And because of that I will be referring others to change and or get their phone company and also internet with T-Mobile. Great job!:)
I was very pleased with my visit. I was greeted at the door and assisted by Dwayne. I was inquiring about service as I am looking to switch carriers. He took the time to ask questions about my current carrier & costs etc.and explained how T-Mobile 5g network has improved and expanded. I had questions about the home internet usage being caped he took the time to explain how it works as well. Overall my experience at this location was great. Will be making the switch!
Had very bad experience with one of the staff here.
I went to open a new account today at around 4.30pm where the outlet was supposed to close by 5pm.
Staff explained few things just for the sake of formalities as he was not keen on helping me apply as closing time was more important for him.
I begged him 3 4 times that instead of making me come again should try to get it done today itself but despite of shop being operational he simply raised his hands. A couple which walked in after 5 mins than when we had arrived were servied well by other staff and even were in process of new SIM cards.
Thanks to this guy T mobile lost 1 prospective customer today.
Sales people go out of their way to ensure they get new business. This guy probably is provileged enough to not care about anything. T mobile should make a note of such instances to avoid business loss by hiring people who care more about their comfirt even during official operating hours.
Came into this T-Mobile with the desperate need to get a new phone since something happened to mine and I went 3 days without a phone. Derek was beyond patient with me, answering my questions, showing me different phones, checking the prices for all of them. And when I chose to get a iPhone 13 that they no longer had, the manager and Derek called a nearby location so I can do a pick up but since I was on my lunch break they worked wonders and was able to get me one right on the spot. The staff here was so nice and extremely helpful especially in my situation. This will always be my return spot if I ever need to return to a T-Mobile location.

I am not into brand, device nor technology. My husband had given me the new i phone for Christmas. I just have a day with it. I was doing my hair near buy and thought it would be nice to get cases for us both since he had already got the phone. I walked in and there was 3 people. The big security guy there and the only 2 people working there did not make me feel welcome. I was talking with my husband on the phone trying to show he the cases. I was going back and forward to the guy name (Mohamed) I was getting frustrate, I wanted him to help me select one. I wanted to make sure I go the right size. Than the other person came. Very rude. I asked him to help me and he came so strong! Telling you "cant read"? Look it says pro 13 max! Pointing and them and respecting the same thing loudly. I ask for this name and he scream it out Derek! As he was walking back to his sit. Degusting behavior all I wanted was help to buy the phone cases. At that point it seems that Mohamed realized (Derek) he behavior was too much and so he than was actually assisting me how he was supposed to from the beginning. He apologize and said that the Guy dereck has bee going through alot. This happened around 2: 57pm 3: 15pm. I was wearing a read coast. The CEO need to see and listen how his customer service team is treating customers that are going to buy.

Very good staff, very patient and helpful, 100% recommend to go here, I had a long issue going on, which other stores couldnt do it and they fixed it in minutes.
Ivan the manager refused me the use of the rest room even though we got two phones there. We should have cancelled the contract and gone elsewhere. He’s just an anti customer service guy-not a good example for his employees or representative of the company.
Ivan-try selling hot dogs for a while. You might learn how to deal with people.
