Definitely gonna be coming back here wheni need help again. Luis helped me out through this rigorous process of transferring my number over and switching to a new phone. He took care of the whole process for me. Luis for president 2024. Give this man a raise!

Terrible service. Workers are incredibly rude. Do not come here. They should be fired.

If you are going to talk to a client reluctantly as if you were held at gun point then maybe just find another job not facing the public.

Lied about the cost of the monthly Flip phone contract. Lied about the plan. Told us the appropriate fee would be reflected on the monthly invoice. They charged us $200 more for each phone than discussed in the store. Could not cancel because of plan requirements. TOTAL SCAM - DO NOT TRUST OSSINING T-MOBILE!

I enter no one in line except me. Randy was extremely rude. 3 people in shop no one helping me, speaking in spanish amongst themselves. I said can you please help me? He said "no, that person is training, have you ever been in training!? " T-mobile needs to take action if he is management or a "trainer"

Randy has assisted me three times, he is consistently knowledgeable and professional. I've been to other stores and always go back to the Ossining store for his valuable assistance. I definitely recommend coming here.

The best customer service EVER! Thank you Randy, Luis and the entire TMobile team for helping my senior citizen parents! You all went above and beyond in setting them up on their new phones and service. We will be recommending you to all of our friends.

Luis was so helpful and very friendly. He helped me get a new phone instantly and double check everything the next day. Definitely give this man a raise.

EXCELLENT Customer Service-had questions about my phone not working properly, I was greeted by Lionel who checked a few things and phone is back to normal, My compliments to Lionel and Janet. Lionel Varada was very professional and very patient with me. I came in special just for him. He is terrific, and very very helpful if you need help w/ the mechanics of your phone. I highly recommend him.

I went with the mind set of returning my device and the young lady Liz was extremely helpful and instead of returning my device I upgraded my other line and got a new watch to match. Really great full for the new face in town A+ extremely recommend her.

Went there on Thursday 11/22 right before 12pm. I was I a rush to get a new phone, but when I looked through the glass window there was a costumer being helped by 2 employees and I didn't feel comfortable going in with a person without a mask. I guess they knew him cause every time I go there they make sure I have it on. Not coming back

Tevin and Daniel helped me get my mother off Altice and onto my T mobile account. They also helped her transfer her info from an old I phone 6 to a new I phone SE. They had infinite patience dealing with Altice, which took hours.literally. And they were friendly and nice. My mom is 90, and she asked them why there were no chairs.for them, or clients.we sat on the window ledge. Both men were very knowledgeable, especially since they had just joined the tmobile family two weeks ago.
