Worst customer experience ever. Staff has really bad attitude towards customer. One of the staff here treats an old man like an idiot without any patience. That is not nice

I had the pleasure of dealing with Alex when I went to pick up my new phone. He was great and helped me get set up with the home internet for a great rate per month and no contract. Thank you so much for being so helpful, gracious, and patient it was truly a pleasure!

The workers at T- Mobile are phenomenal. They provide great support and try to get you a good deal. This is why this place deserves five stars.

I REALLY don't like car dealerships and cellphone stores. They have promotions and deals and blah blah blah.

Its sales and they always try to upsell, upgrade, etc. I understand its business BUT.once in a while you find a place that have decent people.

I walked in one day prepared to get tricked lol but Derek helped me. He knows the business in and out. Sometimes you find very over qualified people working at places. Derek is one of them. He's just naturally smart and quick.

He knows the system extremely well and doesn't trick you. He's straightforward. He presents the best plans and promotions and whatever he's told me, it's been true. No surprises on your next bill. No hidden fees. Just comforting knowing that he's there. Thats why I go there. Because of Derek.

He spent 30 mins on the phone with me just to check out my plan! I didn't buy anything or upgrade. He was just willing to help. Yes. I trust him. Look for Derek. But from my experience they are all nice and friendly.

The workers are all nice but this store has hardly any phones available. They tell you to order online. Going to this location for a phone is a waste of time.

I will give Tmobile company 4 stars, but give the staff, especially Derek 5 stars. Derek was very patient with my friend who doesn't speak English. He spent time setting up some apps for her new phone, and explained how to use them. When my friend had problems with her account and went back to see him, he made several phone calls trying to fix the problems. Thank you Derek!

They made my worst tmobile experience to the best!
Extraordinary nice service and very helpful!

Employees are not greeting correctly. I just had a question and it took me minutes for myself to approach even though they smiled at me and said nothing. I ended up just leaving.

Latina girl and her manager (I don't know their names) were utterly useless in failing to place my order and wasting over 2 hours of my time. Everything she told me was wrong and I had to clarify everything with another Asian guy in the store who was great and did everything I needed within 20minutes with zero issues or reason for concern. +2 stars gained for Asian guy. 0 star for other employeeS who failed to do anything useful.

I went into this location today and was serviced by Julia. She greeted me when I came in, she gave me updates as I was waiting to see a Tmobile employee. Julie solved my issue that I came there for. She was very professional, patient, knowledgeable and made me aware that I could always come back if I had any questions or further problems. I recommend this location for your Tmobile needs.

Changed over from AT&T. Fred was the representative that helped us out. He was the most patient helpful cellular rep I ever encountered. He made it super easy and understandable to move over. Also helped me after we left with my bill as well.

I was referred to this t-mobile store through a friend. I've been in the market for a new family plan and new Samsung phones.
I finally pulled the trigger and it was well worth it! My rep Steve was sharp, efficient, and attentive while walking me through the process of setting everything up.

Not all customer service personnel know what to do (as simple as to pay a bill). They lack of training and education.

I waited multiple times to have the problem resolved.

Steve was friendly and professional! I came in after a stressful day and was greeted with a smile and given the free promotional T-Mobile Tuesday cup!

I had a wonderful experience with Ms Pooja, she was the best customer ever had from Tmobile company. She explained everything, very patient and very polite with me. Excellent worker.

I am never let down whenever I come to this specific location. I am always greeted kindly and always receive top notch customer service. The employees are very knowledgeable and informative. I am always provided with many options to meet my goal or solve any phone related issues. Todays visit was made extremely special by Fred.
