If you come to this T-mobile see if you’re lucky enough to get help by Jeraldine! She helped me so well and promptly! Just ask for her or John Yang I think His the Manager, you will walk out happy! BEST TMOBILE STORE Long Island - Queens Area

Not a lot of people. You get attention here. Lot of staff change over the years, miss the old crew but new ones are nice.

DO NOT GO IN HERE! The staff specifically the 2 “John” working in here are arrogant and liars. It is my family’s birthday and we called 30 minutes before to buy a new iphone for him. I spoke specifically to John and he said that there is an iphone 14 pro max available purple color and he even told me to come early. So we drive all the way to this place for 30 minutes just to buy the iphone only to find out that they don’t have the purple color. John was arrogant, lier and have the worst costumer service ever! They are pointing fingers who will be the one to attend to us. He told me that the purple was sold out when it was only 30 minutes ago he said it was available! They are feeding wrong information to us saying that if the iphone is locked.we cannot use it internationally which is wrong. My family is currently using t-mobile with 2 networks and he uses it whenever he goes to other country. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE. Did i tell you already? Staff here specifically John is arrogant and liars!

Visit the store couple times / one of the store supervisor name (avi, does not have a name tag so i don't know how to spell), he has no ideas about current promotion with MAX plan client / after i point out the promotion and telling him this is what i want / he still denied my request and offer me to add a new line with extra money (ofcz). He is absolutely not professional on his job and been so rude to client.some other employee has to apologise for him.horrible experience.went to another tmobile store offer accept and will get the new phone within 3-5 business day. (whole conversation less than 10 mins)
plus: if you going in make sure you looking for Chris or an Asian employee, they seem know how to work with your needs

Today I enroll MagentaMax with 3 Line. I recommend John Yang Strongly. He give me service professionally. More skillful, Patient with the best price. It is wonderful. Great!

Visit the store when you need to get new lines.
I enrolled a family plan on T-Mobiles website, they sent me two sim cards instead of three. Called them many times and spent at least 30 mins on each phone call they still couldn't get things right, so I had to visit the store. John helped me and sort everything out in 20 mins.

Excellent customer service. John helped clarify many questions I had regarding new IPhone my son will have. The service is smooth and great customer support from beginning to end of process. I would strongly recommend him to who also speak Korean language. He is bilingual English and Korean.

"One of most disgraceful and outrageous manager is in that store". I had issues with pop up messages with LG phone that not only he said I can't help you but almost charge at me. (He said you need to up grade and buy phone) Went to bayside store on Northern Blvd and (pooja) solve issue with phone in last than five minutes. How a corporate store in Great Neck is so reckless toward customer service is beyond my understanding?

Came in the other day to upgrade one of my phones. Chris helped me. He explained the pros and cons of everything I wanted to do. Gave me honest feedback about products and upgrades available for purchase and guided me to what was a great purchase. We even had some time to discuss the importance of South Park. If you are visiting this store, Chris is your Man!

I bought the new Apple 12 phone. I needed to port my phone number to my new phone. Matt was amazingly helpful and professional. I highly recommend this store and appreciate the help given by Matt

Walked into this store because a had problem with my phone, there was one person other than my self and 2 employees. So I approach one of them that was wearing a tag that reads his name and "PHONE EXPERT" on it LMAO! The guy has no clue. He was also kind of annoyed that I asked questions, he had no answers to any of my questions. He was so unwilling that when asked about a new phone he said it " depends " I hang around for abit and i still don't know what it depends on. Any way the only good thing about this place is that 2 doors down is an AT&T store where you can ask questions and get answers. By the way why do I have to give him 1 star when he didn't deserve it? Zore stars would have been too generous for him.
