T-Mobile reviews
8 I just had a horrible customer service experience with the agent named Jin.
He keeps saying that I waste his time to ask questions about my plan, however I just want to upgrade my plan to Magenta Max in order to trade in my phone. This Jin guy even said your contract will end soon once you unlock your phone can go AT&T or Verizon…WTF how come they hire an agent who really wanna push their customer to competitors
Save yourself some time: call customer service instead.
The reviews are true: you WILL get attitude from the employees here, and little to no help at all. Avoid the lines, avoid the hassle of dealing with their incompetent employees: just call their customer service hotline.
Don’t go to this store! People there just try to rob you! Being customer about ten years, very disappointed with T-Mobile now!
I had the pleasure of working with Nikki. She was extremely quick and helpful and even informed me of deals I didn't know about for my plan.
Overall the staff here are friendly and helpful.
There was a lady called Nazly with the nastiest attitude I've ever seen. She was incompetent and not willing to help at all. All she did was repeating " I don't know! That's not within my scope, you can Google yourself! " honestly, I was little shocked cuz I have never seen a person talk like this in a business setting. And I was not even asking something difficult to challenge her. All I asked was if she knows the phone number of my prior carrier I should call to to get my account released to T-Mobile. I don't know if she always treat T-Mobile customers like this or she just had an awful day today.
But luckily, I got help from Eric later on, the experience was so different. Eric is very professional and patient, he took his time to understand our needs and got my problem solved efficiently.
Horrible customer service, if you are not new customer, they won't answer your any question.
Horrible customer service. My dad went in there to find out more information on a new plan. They're not helpful at all and kinda rude. This is not a way to conduct a business. We should do everything online as possible and ask information directly from the t-mobile online.
Very horrible service. I join t-moblie family plan, I paid everything online, I just need to go to store get new sim card. One member of this plan have same situation as me, she told me just need ID and phone number, tell service people they will know. When I went this store, the lady who serviced me said I need to pay extra 10usd+tax, I explained I did need to pay, and one member just had this service without pay, she said why do not go the place your friend go? What horrible speak. Even if need to pay, I do not mind, the problem is her attitude really a disaster.
