17I stopped by to see if this place had the newest model of the cellphone that I've been looking for, but they didn't, very polite personnel.
This store has experienced staff and has the expertise and authority to resolve escalated issues. The staff has a high level of professional knowledge and patience. I took over an account and the equipment was not transferred to my account for some reason. I visited at least three T-Mobile stores in addition to calling the help center various times. The Times Square stuff was able to pull up the full set of documentations behind the account and resolve my issues. I am very grateful and will visit this store first for other challenging resolutions.
I came to this store, I met store staff Damian, He help me a lot, He explains everything to me patiently, I am totally satisfied with his service, He is No 1 best service to me!
Said they need id I gave the guy my passport which is REAL ID and than they scanned it and said we can’t accept this just because it was an emergency passport like there’s no difference between ‘emergency passport and the normal smh
Had a couple of issues with my account after visiting in July. My local store in Nashville couldn’t help. After a quick email to corporate, these guys called me and we fixed it quick.
Came in today for screen protector replacement and I was assisted by Mikey. He was very professional and being real t-mobile expert. He answered all of my questions and explained everything clearly. I also trade-in 2 devices for new iPhone15pro and 15promax. Everything went smoothly. I felt I wanted to continue to use t-mobile when I met professional/expert likes Mikey.
I bought a whole plan 3 lines, and every rep I met in the store was super nice and told me what I wanted to hear to get a sale. Now, 2 months later, my bill is still in screwed up. 4 visits to the store and still can't get it right. Called and asked to speak to a manager, and I can't get a call back. Save your time and money and go to Verizon
The asian girl is rude. I asked her a few questions and all of her answers were, we don't do this service, and my last question was answered by: go to another store maybe they help you. I immediately left the store.
Got a new sim. New internee around there helped get a good number and explained through what the offers were

Can't go far these days without being connected and my European mobile just would not work. So they made it possible and affordable for me to buy a new American phone, by reimbursing my previous transactions. Flexible, humane and 'can do' customer service! My first impression of NY
Angel is the kindest soul, and working with her was really wonderful. I needed help finding a location to charge my phone (I’m stupid and forgot my power brick at home), and she took the time to actually help me find places nearby that allow this. I wasn’t allowed to check into my hotel until many hours later, so I was in a bad position with only 13% battery life. This whole interaction definitely gave me a great perspective on how T-Mobile treats people — whether customer or no customer. I have the utmost respect for Angel and the T-Mobile team here. You all are incredibly lucky to have such a remarkably talented and kindhearted individual be on your team. Please promote her!

This flagship store should really have a wireless charger available. When transferring info from my old phone to the new one, my phone would not stay on. It took forever, because my old phone kept shutting down.
Great service. I am in the USA as a tourist and went in to get a sim for mobile internet. Although my European phone wasn't cooperating the employee was patient. In the end we used my partner's phone and everything started working instantly. A couple of hours later the same sim worked in my phone too.)
Ricardo helped me today i was having the worst day then T-Mobile made a mistake and canceled my line lol he sat and listened to my meltdown and had a great sense of urgency and helped me and even helped past closing time! I appreciate all the help and taking the time.
I had Michael Honore as my mobile expert associate here at T-Mobile's flagship store yesterday. I had come in with a pretty long list of questions and he very thoroughly, with utter professionalism and patience, helped me figure out and address each one. It can be daunting to go in and make sense of all the plans currently being offered, as well as so many different promotions going on that it is hard to figure out whether one plan best suits your situation best from another. But I really appreciate the great service Michael had provided me and has given me confidence to stick with T-Mobile as a long-term customer. Thank you Michael for all your help and patience.
