Quick and easy phone upgrade. We left before activating the new phone and realized we needed some help since the old one was broken. Went back and they quickly helped us set up the new eSim. Didn’t catch his name, but employee with long hair helped us. Thanks!

Absolutely horrible service. The employees claim they can't give credits, the corporate representatives claim they can't help. Its like the Spiderman meme where they both point fingers at each other but they're the same person. Frustrating beyond belief and will hopefully never deal with either side again. Spectrum sucks but I promise you the headaches from tmobile will be 1000 times worst!

Had a very bad experience with a guy there. Looks like the boss in the moment. Was asking for help and even if is not possible something, is important show emphatic words with customer. Is a black guy with glasses. Is a irrespective employee. Hope never go back.

I usually do not comment like this online but that was one of the Worst experience ever in my life! Have no work ethic and all three associates left the front desk and only care about throwing the worst deals to customers face without explaining. Doesn't have patience or willingness to explain the products and services to the customers.
Will not recommend anyone going there!

The Manager Cody was absolutely fantastic! Our salesman Ethan was very helpful and made great recommendations! We were already happy customers, but this experience is just another reason we are loyal customers! Highly recommend!

The store manager cody was being racially biased towards workers and customers alike. He was reported for his racial biased and discrimination and even the district manager did nothing. Discrimination is a crime and t-mobile at this location is allowing criminal activies to occur here. Something needs to be done.

Awesome staff. Ask for Morgan or Courtney. Super helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. A+
