T-Mobile, Wyandanch NY

My experience was great and I recommend this T-mobile store for various reasons. I needed replace my iPhone 11 that was 3 years old and not in working condition. I knew that I wanted another iPhone and prior to my visit I researched and compared the different models on apples website. I chose the iPhone 14 ProMax because I wanted the best camera and the larger screen because I watch A LOT of videos on my phone. My specialist Val who was very nice, let me know which colors were available and I chose Black, also picked 3 accessories (charger, otterbox, screen protector). I paid the taxes and the activation fee (which I knew I had to pay upfront). Val offered to help me set up my phone at the store, but I declined because I'm very tech savvy. The staff that works here is super cool and knows what they're doing, please don't make their job any harder. Thank You Val and the entire Team!
