Came in with intentions of buying a phone but the attitude of the person who took care of us was just so bland and unmotivated. I understand you can get tired I work retail too but working with a person you can tell doesn’t really want to help you not even in the slightest really brings down YOUR OWN energy. Going to a different location.

I went to this store and got played they told me and my family we get a new watches for free not true this pass me off. I look at my bill three hundred and change a month. They saying to me your fourteen days are up to take it back. Thank you T-Mobile for nothing

I don’t get why these places can’t hire people who like their jobs. I go in there and start browsing, semi busy, and without cause worker says, nastily “I’ll be with you in a sec”. I said no rush at all. Not best, but no big deal, didn’t deal with that gentleman anymore. Later on, 2 different people were helping me and it was weird how annoyed they were getting. Didn’t like the fact that I asked them about 13s phone. Trying to equate car dealerships to phones, wasting time with analogies instead of valuable and cordial respnoses. I believe the exact response was “doesn’t matter about 13 plus, we don’t have them”- not one time trying to be friendly. Didn’t even have my heart set and could’ve easily been sold. Ended up getting 14plus up the block because the vibe was off and being a T-Mobile customer for a 20+ years, never like being disrespected. Get your iPhones at Best Buy up the block. You’ll save $50 but make sure it’s unlocked and you can connect easily with electronic Sim.

I’m really disappointed by the customer service I’ve been a t mobile customer for years. I’ve been treated really bad by your employee MOHAMMED HANZALA. He tried to deceive me. I told the plan for 3 lines, 2 iPhone pro max and an iPhone 13. When the deal got done he demanded extra money for himself. Please mr t mobile owner take action on Mohammed HANZALA because he threatened me that your credit will be dimolished

I’m paying a insurance every month and I went to change my screen and they always have an excuse to not doing it

Deceptive way for you to get into this telephone network of thieves, they tell you one thing and then come out with another

The T-mobile store on Sunrise Hwy, by Green Acres is staffed by the most wonderful people. Everyone there has been especially helpful, positive and informative. I want to give special 'Thanks' to Arleen, Andrew & Travis'. Arlene takes her time to ensure you have everything you need. Andrew as well. Travis inspires confidence. This place makes you want to return further attention.

These are the two names of the people you want to work with this season: ANDREW AND NOEL. They work very well together in one session I received great customer service, a life lesson on letting things go and wonderful hospitality.

I just met them and I already feel like I want to send my family members to this particular store ONLY.
The female that worked that night, I didn’t get to speak to her but she was focused and doing her job effectively (she was pretty too I wanted to ask her about her skin routine). Long story short they did an amazing job helping me and my sister and helped brighten my day:). 10/10

Normally the service is great and staff are nice, but this visit there were not enough staff to assist in the holiday sales and I was left waiting 45 minutes to drop off a phone and once I did get assistance they are trying to help other customers at the same time it was just too much going on, but I can say the staff stayed very professional and explained everyone is coming for different things and the wait may be longer than expected.

No repairs at this location. The employee stated the TMobile on Sunrise Hwy does repairs. THEY DO NOT! The two nearest repair facilities are on Jamaica Ave near Parsons, and the other in Baldwin on

I’ve been to this location twice due to phone change. The waiting time is always an 1 or 2 hours. They pretend they don’t see you. I’m not coming back to this location. They need to do better with customer service and walk ins
