This has been easily the worst interaction I have had with T-Mobile. If you are an existing customer, they do not care about you at this store location. I wanted to add a third line to my Go5G plan that should have been free of charge (that was promised to me at the time I singed up for the plan). Not only they did not help with that but the store manager, Malcolm, was very rude. Here are a few quotes from my conversations today and you can be the judge. 1) "you should go back to Hoboken, this is New York! " 2) quote: "You should switch to Verizon! " 3) He frequently used a word that sounded like "Kalas". I am not sure what language was that. I thought he was cursing me so I left.

Very rude and unhelpful staff, with Malcolm (?) being the manager on duty. Sent me to another store as they were unwilling to even try to solve an issue. Would never return.

Minerva, she is a great worker, I like doing business with her. She needs to get a raise and become a manager. Always on point working with me and the only person I will work in T-Mobile.

This is my second time at T-mobile on 9thave and 15 street this week. Minerva is the best she was so patience and loving. I hope she is here every time I come to this location. I also had a chance to see another worker name Ryan he too is very patience and helpful even as the store closed he took customer to help out. This store has a good team #GreatWorker

My son's phone shattered and I was in an utter panic. Came to 15th St and 9th Ave T mobile shop and BLESS MINNIE (Minerva) she came to my rescue and was an angel. Time was tight as the store was going to close for the night and I HAD to bring a phone home. The staff was all so sweet and helpful but Minerva gets at least 80 stars.

I was on a trip to New York. I needed an esim, so I bought it from that store. I bought one esim but my credit card was charged twice. I called the store to resolve this issue, but was told to come in person. I paid by credit card once and signed an autograph. When I tell them I don't have time to visit the store, they say they can't fix it. It's like a thief.

I normally don't make reviews, but the guy who helped me was so patient and so helpful with everything I needed. He really took his time to explain everything to me. Thanks again, Ryan! If I have any more issues, I will def come to you.

Only go here if you're paying a bill or if you so desperately need cellphone and Internet service that you will take any "Deal" they throw at you. The Employees here weren't too bright. All I needed to do was replace a broken sim card for my wireless internet router so I could continue using the existing $30 limited internet plan I had. They couldn't/ didn't want to help me and kept pushing their unlimited home internet, which required a new router, a $40 activation fee and was $45/ month. I told them I didn't need that, and only needed a small plan for my office email, but they claimed ANY OTHER plan would end up costing me more. So I left and went 3 blocks to Verizon and ended up getting unlimited internet with a free WiFi router for $25/ month with the first month free!

I went to buy a sim card on Sunday June 4th, the lady in the second desk tried to sell me a more expensive data plan. Thanks to the guy in the first desk who knew more, he offered me a better plan.

Decent location, staff seems ok I was able to get what I needed in a ok timely manner. Can’t complain.
Place is clean and close to other markets and stores. Apple Store close by, Google store close by and across the street from Chelsea market.

This is one of the best T-Mobile locations in the area for sure.

Just wanted to thank Minnie (Minerva) for amazing customer service when my old phone was dying and I needed a new one fast - she was superb to myself and my father both. Please give her a bonus or something!

Trying to fathom why this location has four stars! If anybody want good customer service asks for Greg and no one else. I know dealing with customers is tough, but you all chose this job. No excuse for being rude!

Had an amazing experience getting a new phone, the employees at this store made me feel home, they are all professional and friendly, specially Ryan Mcgregor, he is an awesome associate.

Awesome Manager and Staff. I flew into NY from London and my phone wouldn't kick into T-Mobile network. Sooooo I popped into the store and the nicest chap sorted it out. Very nice store clean tidy and the fella who fixed my phone was a genius. Thanks Fella. Your a life saver.
