Went in yesterday to upgrade my device. The representative GABBY (female) continued asking if I wanted a free watch. I continued saying NO. I received a text message that she changed my plan and added an additional line. I can’t get back my old plan because it’s too old. It’s ridiculous what these people do for a-little commission. She should’ve just asked if I could give her 20 tip instead of making me go through a hassle. In addition, I never signed any documents or anything. DO NO COME HERE IF YOU DONT WANT TO BE SCAMMED. As for the location, DO BETTER.

HAD an issue with my iPhone 13, LENNY gave me two options I could have went with I decided to do the upgrade to iPhone 15 pro he was very helpful definitely recommend him if you need any help with device or service.

I had some questions about an up grade. The young man named Lenny helped me. He explained and help me understand how it worked. Everyone else there was very nice as well. This location has excellent customer service and a very welcoming team.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Lenny from the T-Mobile store and I couldn't be more pleased with the assistance I received. He was incredibly knowledgeable and resolved my issue promptly. Got a brand new iPhone 14 with one line in January of 2023.months later come to find out this location authorized another line without my knowledge that I have been paying for each month. This was never authorized and completely unacceptable. Please pay attention to your bill, as I wasn't even aware. Do not shop here.

My daughter lost her phone at the IHOP within the same plaza, she came in for a sim replacement and was handled with great customer service and compassion. The manager on duty, Estephany was very helpful and informative. The representatives that helped her replace her device, Starling and Bianca were extremely kind and even helped with suggestions towards accessories. This is a great team they are very customer oriented and this will be our go to T-Mobile location for life.
