7We got there and had issues with our accounts, eSIM and my friend needed to catch his flight to Germany. Sandy greeted us and offered to help. She patiently called the support center, walked us through the process and helped my friend to set up his eSIM. She even involved her direct boss, Madison. Madison sat next to us as well, and gave 100% support to Sandy so she can give necessary information to the T-Mobile service center. They both worked very hard for us to get everything done on time and my friend got his plane on time. Thank you Sandy and Madison and Happy Birthday Sandy
If there was a zero star option I would rate this store that. The assistant manager Ali was very rude, unhelpful and instead of offering a solution after explaining the issue I experienced with my account’s protection plan, he advised me to call customer service. I CAME to the store to get customer service, but instead of receiving that (loyal customer with 4 phone lines) I stood there for 45 mins calling customer service and they end up indicating their system is correct but the store system is not showing updated data. I feel bad for the Associate who worked for this person because you can tell he didn’t want to speak over him or offer any other advice although he understood how he can help. Great job! This trigger me to switch over to Verizon with all 4 lines.
Empathetic staff and amazing service. Isaac, Armando, and Vanessa were understanding, patient, and swift in resolving my issue. Definitely a far cry from the ineptitude, indolence, and rudeness of the staff at Madison Avenue. With excellent selling skills, I ended up waking away with an additional device. I would tell anyone that if you are in the area make your way to THIS store.

Awful experience; the lady was very aggressive, kept trying to touch my personal belongings and not interested in helping me at all. I won't be returning to this store.
Amazing staff! I had a serious issue with my phone. The team here helped me thoroughly and provided excellent service. They made sure I was all set when I left. They went above and beyond. Kudos to David, who provided 5 star service. Unfortunately, there are other T-Mobile stores in Manhattan whom are far from having the same excellent standards in customer service!
I was having major issues with my mobile phone handset and after visiting multiple stores and spending several hours on multiple calls with customer service this store went out of there way to resolve my issue. Carla and Ali are extraordinary individuals who refused to just brush off my issue with a "Sorry there is nothing we can do about i call T-Mobile Customer Service".
Carla called customer service on my behalf and along with Ali was able to get a resolution and correct my issue.
I will without a doubt visit this store when my time to upgrade comes as I know I wont be left hanging out to dry by them.
Thank you again for what you did. It was absolutely greatly appreciated!
