Watch out for brazen and unaddressed thievery here.

While I was in line for pay for some tanks of gas the one other customer in line went into my bag and took about $400 out. I was admittedly distracted and looking at some safety gear, but felt I could lower my guard considering two employees were right on the other side of the counter.

After realizing what happened I called back. The associate was apologetic and even said he knew who the culprit was. He agreed to look at the security cam footage for the exact time I provided and call me back.

• minus. 5 stars for charging a hazardous material handling fee for an inert gas.

Friendly service and almost always next day delivery. Help in guidance on things needed for oxygen tanks vs nitrogen tanks. Delivery guys always helpful. Today we were to have a delivery but it never showed. Hope the driver is ok. Would be nice to have an ability to leave voicemails or email for after hours questions or concerns such as a late delivery.
