TA Truck Service, Waterloo NY

The only TA/Petro in the country that you can't purchase tires out right. I'm local to here and it was the only place close open that had street tires. Must have them install them to purchase.called the other 4 TA/Petro's in NY to see if it's a NY thing and they all said, " No. You can purchase a tire out right here. Idk why they wouldn't let you there. " Plus when asking most the desk clerks anything, they are clueless. They really need to get with the program & hire people who know what they are doing, or at least willing to learn their job!

Gary the mechanic is the man. Got me DOT Complaining it. We couldn't get anything done on Sunday. Nothing was open needed parts had to wait till Monday. My only Complain was the wait.

My 0 star review is for the HORRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICE GUY at the office of the shop, black dude that hates his job, his life and hates everybody, all he does is being rude to everyone and watch YouTube. Night shift,

Checked in at nite suppse to have 2 tech on Sunday to work waited till 10 went inside to see when they were gonna get to me. Gonna be a couple more hours I left without getting work done. Not happy

I hate to complain and I hate to report anyone and I have only reported one company before but try to avoid this Petro/TA repair shop at all cost. They really don’t care about the customers! That’s all I am going to say!

This place is a joke they told me three hours wait so I waited three hours call them back they told me another one hour and a half call back they told me I’m in next line now in two hours they haven’t got me in there. Vooooood this shop

Well I needed def fluid for my automobile. I understand inflation is up; Over $30 for a container that the loves sells for $19. Come on! Why is the fuel 50 cents higher than a place up the road? We were going to get fuel and eat. The restaurant that I knew of with the open style buffet is gone we ended up eating elsewhere. After years of using ta I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Slowwwwwww repairs. Told 2.5hr wait for a bay. 6 hours later got in, they took the tire off and disappeared. Nothin new here.

My driver went here because his truck was put out of service in a DOT stop for the E brake being out of adjustment. He was right next to this shop when it happened. He asked them if they could adjust the E brake and they told him NO? They don't do E brake repair. Is this a truck service repair shop? WTH. We wound up having to get the vehicle towed.

I was parked not knowing I was in handicap and they called the cops and made me move even thought I’m classified disable. They don’t even do there jobs to come outside and worry about parking. Was a proud customer now I won’t come here again. There’s a new loves across the street that I’ll be proud to pay for a shower and for food, zero stars

Arrived at 10 am to change the oil. They said to wait 2 hours. Then they said 2 more. After the next visit, they said another 1 hour. Only promises! Is it called a service?

They have more people standing around and they do working check in at 8: 30 am and still ain't done at 4: 00 pm

Noticed trailer tire was off the bead. Went to shop to get it taken care of. All 5 of their bays were empty but they told me about 2 hours. 2.5 hours and counting, still 5 open bays, not 1 truck in or out. Roadside would’ve been quicker. I can’t wait until the Love’s across the road opens up, I would’ve been out of here 2 hours ago.

It takes a lot to make me trust a place to service my truck. The tech I had was excellent. Explained stuff to me, took his time and did everything completely correct. I will definitely make sure I come back whenever I can for my maintenance.

When you sign up for the rewards, it's really more enjoyable. Driving long haul and you need that shower. Filling up with 60 gallons of fuel gets you a no charge shower. A $15 value. That's just one of the perks.

I enjoyed going into these establishment. They are clean friendly and professional. Thanks guys.
