TA Truck Service, Montgomery NY

Very bad service from the front desk little girl Ayla. At the service side, very rude and disrespectful person towards me and my dispatch and other drivers that where just trying to pay for there services done.

Attention drivers
This place very slow.they lie to me, oh we will take you in 2 hours.
I was waiting 7 hours
I will never ever come back to this truck stop.
I don't need your bs reply.

This is the worst TA location where you could stop do all change or for any mechanic issue. They don't know how to replace a fuel separator seal.

Good quick place to go to if you need any last minute things. 24 hours a day. Very nice. Staff

Been here many many times over the last 4 decades but this time I only used the facilities

Understaffed, although those present were helpful, the wait for vehicle service was excessive. I waited over ten hours for 30min tire job. The restroom was under repair with an exposed sewer line and unventilated, phew!

Had new radiator put in 7 weeks earlier from different shop but was losing coolant. Had 1 other shop look at it and found loose fitting causing minor leak. Still losing coolant I stopped here. Jesse didn't stop working until he found the issue. Easy repair. I've spend hundreds on coolant already and now it's all good. Definitely recommend this TA and Jesse.

It's a good travel plaza, the fuel was a bit expensive but I did get better mileage with it.

Thursday October 13 2022 came in with broken rim and 2 bad tires. 8pm end of my drive shift said couldn't get in for 6 hours. I set up appointment 7am October 14th. 7am next day no call.walk in and ask what's going on they didn't get me in the bay till 7: 40 am they told me a little over 2 hours wait.it is currently 1: 08pm and my truck is still not done. I only needed 2 tires and 1 rim.this unprofessional display is astounding.due to this tomfoolery I have missed my delivery for the weekend and has cost me and my company money. TA service centers have lost my business from now on.

The worst TA ever! I was there for pm service, waiting from 5pm till 2am and then they said “we don’t have filters for your truck”.
WORST! WORST! WORST!

6 hours to change my two front tires, balance and align them. Really, these mechanics are taking long time in each truck to do nothing else in their day, I don't care what they do but my lost time is wasted money and nobody gives you a discount for delay. Bad service and expensive.

Parking here is high priced but if you come later you can make your own space for free food closed drivers eat late and early closers at 10pm really puts your options low nice and clean tho showers and restrooms clean has everything we need. Just disappointed about the other drivers not following rules when parking is 25 a spot

Very nice people works there. Lori at the fuel desk, Very friendly and professional. Clean store and clean bathroom. The place looks nice.

I have been going here since about 1995. That should tell you all you need to know. Through different managers, and technicians, and waitresses, I have always received quality service.
