Taco Bell, Rochester NY

Why advertise "order ahead" and "skip the line" when you can't pick up your order in the lobby and have to wait in a line that is wrapped around to the road. Absolutely pointless when they don't start making your order untill you get to the speaker anyways.

They do not take their doordash orders seriously at all. I ordered four Doritos tacos, each had no sour cream and they didn’t even send 1 out of the 4 mild sauce packets that came with my order. They just put something together and throw it in the bag. This is the second time this happened to me with this Taco Bell and I tried to give them a second chance. All together I would never order food from this location ever again. Please hire more diligent employees that actual care about upholding the standards of Taco Bell.

The dine in area is still closed, the drive thru line is constantly ridiculously long, and they tend to frequently get the order wrong.

I was really annoyed that after waiting in line for half an hour my order wasn't correct and then I got no napkins and no sauce even though I spent $35.

The lady at the drive thru was in a whole rush I couldn’t even finish my order even though she gets paid an hourly rate. Should definitely look into hiring more patient people even though I already knew what I wanted and was tryna tell her.

Might wanna tell the staff that people can hear their insults and trash talk about the customers through the drive thru speaker.
So rude.

Came here when it was very busy at 9: 20 on a Friday night and the lady working the window was very pleasant and have great energy. I know sometimes it is hard to keep a good attitude while working fast food but she was amazing. I wish I caught her name. She was wonderful

I always am greeted with pleasant personality. The food is well prepared and fresh. Staff always says thank you.

They didn't give me any napkins and they didn't give me a bag for my multiple chulupa boxes I ordered.

It's okay, servce wasn't as good as some of the other locations I've been to. Food was average but restrooms need work.

This specific Taco Bell is hit or miss. On my last visit, it took 28 minutes to receive our food. This was not unique, every patron in the place was experiencing the same wait.

Got 4 chalupa craving boxes for me and my family and it didn't have any beef inside just the shell with cheese very disappointing not sure if the management is bad there or just the employees but they need to get it together. They lost a costumer I no longer will buy from there and I will spread my experience with others.

Very bad food and service. One of the employees got into it with a customer. No manager couldn't get district manager number or there corporate.

My food was not freshly done I can tell cause the taste of my food was stale, cold. And my nachos fries were cold and somewhere hot as if they mixed some old and new ones together. Please do better and sell freshly made food when people's ordering fast food thank you.

Long lines in drive thru at night but it moves fast. And The employee's are AWESOME no matter how much pressure they are all kind and polite

Although the staff isn't the best, it's okay. I've had bad experiences in the past here but if you're assertive enough they'll fix it. If you want some good fast food go here. The store is clean as well as updated and you get what you order most of the time. It's among the best Taco Bells but it is still a Taco Bell, you'll get exactly what you expect. There isn't much to say.

The service was better than what I've seen from fast food places around here so that's a plus. I gave 3 stars because my chalupa was cold. They should really consider cooking these to order after a certain hour. Very disappointed for that.

The drive thru took 40 min and the only thing correct about my order was the drink.

The restaurant reached out and fixed this issue in a professional way. I would visit again.

Service was fast and friendly. I would give 5 stars but they did forget a caramel apple empanada and cinnamon twist which they did resolve when I called them. Over all my experience was worth 4 stars

Don't order online! Unless you want to wait 20 minutes for the line to end, everyone get served except you. Then when you ask they tell you "it's only been ready for 5 minutes". Then I was told I should have stood in line to let them know I was there. I guess the whole "skip the line, use our app" was a joke. Poor customer service.
