THIS IS THE WORST TACO BELL.they forget my food all the time, throw it in my bag all sloppy, the workers are rude, they mix up my order and put stuff i didn’t want in.if you have the choice to go here or the other taco bell miles away, i would pick the far one.

Well.where do I start.this particular taco bell was the only one for miles. Which isn't there fault but that's not the bad part. The manager was very unprofessional. He yelled at employees in front of customers like he was some big shot. He said he'd fire a teenager if he wore his hat backwards. He yelled at his assistant manager for others wrong doings and overall the food was pretty bad.

With their $16 an hour sign out front, the ability to include requested sauces seems to be too difficult from the drive through. After parking and going inside where I waited quite a while with a group of people, no one manned the counter, no one acknowledged anyone up there, even as one employee stood arms folded near the drive thru. Later someone finally turned and asked, " is anyone up here actually ordering food? " One person responded that he was just trying to get the sauces that were not provided, I admitted the same. Which seemed to be a off putting task. My short trip now an extremely extended amount of time, I hurried away to find that straws are also something that are beyond the realm of memory tasks here.
It's sad that folks blatantly do not care.
It's sad that people will not go to an actual restaurant after 1 bad experience but will keep returning to places like this where the level of effort is non existent.
I look forward to the one being built to open soon. Hopefully whomever owns that one will actually train, monitor employees and provide people with food to at least a correct level.

I’m vegetarian and have been given meat in place of my requested bean substitutes too many times to count.after sending emails about the situations with no reply it becomes frustrating.when i try to order well before 2am and told they’re not open til 2 today it’s infuriating.there are some employees who are amazing but the many who don’t care overshadow those who do.

The only option for pick up is by drive thru. Which my order is ready 30 mins ago but still need to wait as frive thru is the only option.

Two stars because the food was standard. But why did it take over 20 minutes to make our food? And why do they never have all the beverage options? They didn't have a single non-diet fountain beverage! Supposed to have probably 20 options and they had 4. Which we didn't know because we ordered through the touchscreen (dietary restrictions so its easier to use the touchscreen). Turn things off in the touchscreen if you don't have them, or go old school and put up a sign. No offer of a refund or anything.

This review don't even deserve 1 star. It deserves 5 negative stars. The most worst experience I've ever encountered for a fast food restaurant. I put my order in and told them that my daughter is highly allergic to tomatoes and to not put tomatoes on her tacos. I then repeated myself when i paid for my order and the worker said that he wrote that down, but when my daughter bit into her crunch wrap, there was tomatoes in it. I called the restaurant 3x and no answer and the drive thru was backed up all the way around the building. So I walked thru the drive thru and complained. They were extremely unprofessional, no apology and the taco that they remade, didn't even have any meat in it. Thank God I had benedryl on me or otherwise, she would of went into anaphylaxis. I will never go back there again.

Very poor customer service and their soda machines have been down for over a week.ridiculous service and very unprofessional.would suggest to not visit the maple location.

It was one of the worst experiences 1. I waited over 1/2 an hour in the drive thru and 2. None of what i ordered was in the bag. I asked the gentleman if everything was in the bag he was a bit snappy with me and I let it go but when I got home it was a complete disaster. Never will i go there again. -5 stars here

7/4/2021. Update to review. If your lobby closes at 8. Then you should lock the doors, so when I show up at 820 and don't want to wait in the large line in the drive-thru I don't have to wait. The sign is SO small and basically printed in gray that you can't even see it when your parked right in front of it.
Basically invisible.

First review: If you say the sauce is in the bag it should be in the bag.

This was by far the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. I'm from Missouri and I feel bad for people that go to this Taco Bell. I always love the food and on vacation I decided to get some. I waited in the drive though for a whole hour before I got my food. I ordered through the app and I had no idea if I could go in or not. When I got to the Taco Bell the line was LONNGGGG and I already paid for my food so I was gonna get it. I hope that they were just understaffed.

This location has gotten terrible. No one at the counter, to worried about grub hub orders, took 20 minutes to get my food and then the order was wrong. Didn't realize till I got home. I ordered 5 soft shell tacos, got 3 hard shells, a crunch wrap supreme, which was right, hot and medium sauce, got no sauce. Can't believe this taco bell is still open. No work ethic and they want more money to screw up orders. The whole time I was in the building one employee was texting on their phone. This was around 6pm on a Saturday night.

The service here is the worst! They’re always understaffed, and the people who do work are always rude, ignore customers, and forget items constantly! Something needs to be done because this is an absolute joke of a store!

When are people going to stop going here so they can finally go out of business like they deserve? National shortage? OKAY, so don't let people continue to order stuff on the app and then not call or email them letting them know it isn't available. It's 2021. Dont tell me you can't do that. I'm not waiting 20 mins in a drive thru for you to tell me you have none of the drinks I ordered. Unprofessional. You also NEVER answer your phone.like. EVER. Are you that lazy or do you not have a working phone? How is that possible, you're a BUSINESS. You need one for emergencies and what about truck deliveries? How do they reach you if they need to? I have called about 60 times in the last 6 months just for the heck of it and you literally don't answer? Why does mighty, mcd, BK, checkers & wendys all have their drinks and food but for whatever reason you're the only fast food in Buffalo that has a "shortage"? Also wondering why I say NO BEANS on tacos, or ADD ONION and its not right? You read a screen, put the onion on, wrap it & stick it in a bag. Its not difficult. WHAT IS HAPPENING HERE, MANAGEMANT ISSUE, EMPLOYEES? OWNER? WHAT? Please let me know!

Great service! We came through the drive through at 11 at night and ordered an ungodly amount of tacos. But I feel like I'm the first person to do so. Lol
