Taco Bell, New York NY

Prices seem higher here, maybe because of the NYC factor. Also menu is smaller than other locations.

Tacos came a little cold and seem like I was getting somebody order that they left out for hours

It’s was fast order cuz of the kiosks and option to choose what you want and take your time to order.front staff were fast and efficient and nice.

Restroom closed. I spent 50 $ there because I came from a long trip and i nedeed the restroom but the staff closed them. I never will go the Taco Bells everywhere they are, because is not a good service and the restrooms are closed in every Tacos

So far I have been there 3 times in September to order to go. And all 3 times when I get home, they messed up my order big time. I am tired of stupid people there. Never going back. And they cheap with the meat! I never complain, but I had to do this review.

Always get the order right, and the employees are extremely polite and efficient. I come here more than I should because they always nail it.

Wow I loved this taco bell. The food was made very fast and it was fresh. The workers were all very nice and the store was very clean. I loved the experience and I plan on coming to this taco bell more often!

The delivery guy called and said to come down to the lobby for my order, which has never happened to me ever. I told him I couldn’t, he hung up on me, I called him twice after and he hung up on me twice, I sent my husband downstairs and he didn’t even leave the food. I work in the restaurants industry and I would never let an employee call a customer to come down and get their food delivery. It is part of their job and a part of service. I am extremely disappointed!

They might be quick with your order but I caught one of the employees spitting on their gloved hand. Why is that? It was my first time coming in here and was going to order about $20 worth. Thank goodness I caught it as I was ordering through their self ordering kiosk. I just left without hesitation.

THIS IS THE WORST MANAGER I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED AT ANY FAST FOOD. HE WAS RUDE AND A LIAR. HE REFUSED TO GIVE ME HIS NAME AFTER I INFORMED HIM ID LIKE TO MAKE A COMPLAINT. THIS MAN NEEDS RETRAINED!

Best taco bell I've been to in years yeah all those people saying it's full of homeless people welcome to NY and this is da heights so get use to it

The first nibble of the burrito was cold-everything else was the right temperature. Order was prepared quickly. A bit of a funny aftertaste to the tortilla cover of the burrito. There were seats when i went; not many people there when i went, and it was actually pleasant enough to eat the burrito there. Could also charge my phone too. Maybe I just don't like taco bell burritos. I can't say the meal was bad because I did eat it and I didn't get sick from it.

Its really tiny, and the layout is I guess the best they could do with what they had (Dont count on seating). However the food is fresh and the service is fast.

The food is fine, but the atmosphere isn't. The place is overran by homeless and transients asking for change or food. I know there is a shelter nearby and there's really nothing anyone can do about it, but it does detract you from enjoying your meal, without being accosted multiple times about buying a meal or asking for a dollar.

Full of homeless people asking for change or if you want to buy stuff. They will harass you while you try to buy things and the employees won't do anything about it. I love taco Bell but I feel so unsafe going in there
