Taco Bell, West Haverstraw NY

Issac ignored our encounter at the speaker in which we pulled up to the window and ended up having to make the line AGAIN. He wasn’t very polite and even told us the second time around that they ran out of the freezes. Staff needs proper training!

Absolutely terrible service. I put in order in the kiosk. The order was submitted i even got the receipt in my email. 20 mins later. Still no one calls my name. I walk to the front counter and ask. They tell me the order wasn’t made yet because i didn’t not pay at the front counter. Yet i have been billed have a receipt. Will never go back. Terrible customer service didn’t apologize or even try to slightly help.

A lot has changed since the last time I went there. But if you need a quick bite, this the best place for it. Mostly geared towards the younger crowds. It's not "authentic", but it's better than nothing.

A clean Taco Bell that is right off 9W. The menu is much smaller than in the past, but what I ordered was tasty and well-prepared. I look forward to a return of the melted Mexican Pizza to the menu.

I got the wrong order twice no sauce when I specifically told them mild sauce twice my slushees wrong and bad service

This is a very good and consistent Taco Bell, has been for the decade I've been going here. Stay is always friendly and you get your food pretty quick.

Employees are kind and do a great job at preparing and delivering food to the customer. Food quality is great for what it is, fast food. I mostly order vegetarian, I just swap meat for beans (black or refried beans). Online app is finally working as it should. Only compliant is at times they kind of charge a bit too much for add-ons, especially guacamole. Which in my opinion is definitely being made with fillers to cut costs. Business is business, but if you are going to give me artificial guac then don't charge me as if it is the real thing. Guacamole is okay and I don't mind it. Anyway that is more of a cooperate complaint. Overall, Taco Bell is a great (vegetarian) fast-food option, especially at this West Haverstraw location. I feel due to covid they have been extra cautious with food prep which is reassuring. Highly recommend

I go with my wife to this nice place quite a bit! This is my favorite spot to eat. I go to this spot at least once a month. The cooking is great, the staff members are friendly and the payment is decent. I like eating in this spot over a decent dinner.

Best taco bell. Clean friendly and fresh fast food. Live closer to nanuet/spring valley & palisades mall location but will always make the trip to Haverstraw.

Love this place. Food is good. All attendants are Dominicans and is near Harvestraw Beach State Park. You can go to the park, walk ten miles to Nyack lake, come back another ten miles to the beach and then go and fill yourself with tacos, nachos and quesadillas without feeling guilty of anything

Got delivery from here and the entire order that we received was nothing that we ordered, with no phone call that they did not have the items or asking us to change what we ordered.

Had a good experience in this spot with my son. The food comes quick and the customer service is just fantastic. Prices are convenient.

When I went they were out of LETTUCE! C'mon ya need lettuce in your taco. Also I came home with my order and things were missing. That's the worst! When your mouth is ready for something then it's missing when you get home.

Great place. When I went there they did not let me add to an order after I already ordered. Drive-thru attendant was very nice but they were very busy.
