17The line up was crazy I waited for my order like no lie 25 minutes then when I do get everything was wrong I paid for my food and I didn’t get what I ordered! Like if you don’t know what your doing then doing work there taking orders work in the back.
The food is really nasty.i waste my money here.they need to close that location.and the big fate guy so rude.i never come back here?
The food was absolutely disgusting. Most of the tacos were soggy and falling apart through the wrapper and exposed. How do you actually put food in the bag like that and serve it to people? Surely a food safety violation.
After waiting in the drive thru for 20 minutes only to get what I did NOT order and how can you give someone a straw to drink thru but CAN’T give any napkins, will never go back.
Food was pretty good.haf a long wait in drive thru BUT I do know things are rough for a lot of places with having no one wanting to work.so taking that into consideration, overall I was satisfied with my visit.
I placed an online pick up order to spare me the LONG drive thru line. I waited the time the app told me and went to pick it up. When I went inside I was not greeted or asked if I could be helped. I stood there for about 10 minutes before another gentleman arrived at the counter. He also was not greeted. After another 5 minutes I asked if he was helped. It was only after this conversation were we actually greeted or helped. I waited a half hour in total for this mess.
Went through drive through after work. 1 of my tacos literally fell apart in my lap cause it was so poorly made. Another had a piece of plastic in it so I didn't eat it for obvious reasons. The 3rd was accurately the 1st taco that I was able to eat. We also ordered a quesadilla that was so spicy it made me nauseous, this was after telling them not to add anything hot to any of my food. I have to say I see why most locals swear by Mighty.
Very rude fat receptionist. She is too arrogant for giving a glass of water. Please manager take care as this is my only bad experience with Taco Bell
Store was dirty and needed a good sweeping.
They got my order wrong and they forgot to put my cheesy roll up in my order. Also I ordered a 5 layer burrito with no beans and the burrito had heavy beans.
I also was shocked how small the portions were.
Never going to taco bell again.

The manager leane is a sweet heart the staff are hard workers. Unfortunately the customers get nasty with them no matter how hard they work to please everyone. If you treat them with kindness you will receive excellent service if you treat them poorly they still make a strong effort to fix any and all mistakes
Took forever to order, after we finish got to the order window! Took forever to get to the pick up window! We waited in line for over 25 minutes, for fast food? ! My burrito supreme was cold? ! We also ordered the snack box, and half of those were cold, and we didn't have any cheese or sour cream on any of them, except for the last bite or two!
The cashier at drive thru window seemed scattered, confused and overwhelmed. He admitted that it's hard and confusing to keep going back and forth with regular orders & door dash orders. The service was just so slow, the whole crew seemed scattered and the food was disappointing and cold. We won't be going back for a while!
Order breakfast meal and get the scimpiest (don’t care it’s not a word) burrito! Ask for sauce in drive thru and get none.
Asked for no onions.the screen confirmed no onions.the order taker confirmed no onions but uet THEY STILL PUT ONIONS like dam just get it right and you can never get anyone on the phone I wonder why.
This place is really bad. Not only did they forget some of the takeout order there is no way they will answer their phone to talk to them. The special orders where all mess up. I ask for extra lettuce but got extra rice. Chicken in the power bowl was very hard to find. Looks like they took one chicken order and made it into two. Looked all over their web site for a phone number for the customer service but there is none. I really don't think they want to hear an complains or get any better at there job. They just plain suck.
Not allowed to enter building so drive thru line was long. Didn't want to wait in the line again when we found out they forgot an item.
Stopped by around midnight and was at the drive-thru for almost 45 minutes. We only waited that long because there was nothing else open and my children were hungry after an 8 hr drive. The food was not good. Worst chalupas ever, cold and hard. I checked the bag and they didn't give me any sauce. So I asked for some. No napkins either. They forgot my 2 cinnamon twists and I didn't realize until I was at the hotel. At least they got my tacos right, some were no lettuce and a couple others no cheese.
