Taco Bell, West Seneca NY

Worst drive threw experience ever waited 15 minutes at drive threw-then when I did get up to window she never apologized will never go there again then when u pull out the dumpster is right in way so if u have a big truck it’s very hard to get by with out almost hitting something will eat at mighty taco from now on

Anyone who doesn't vote 5 stars is a scrub customer. Its taco bell. Check your order before you leave the parking lot. If its wrong go nicely let em know.

Two nights in a row I’ve gotten here right before or at 8 and it’s completely closed down. It says they close at 10. It’s a Friday night and there’s a line in the drivethru, but it seems like they are closed. I don’t know why a Jeep was sitting at the order box making us all think the drivethru was open. People were blocked in. I get that they are new and staff makes mistakes with orders, but this is ridiculous. Come on Manager! At least put a sign up saying you’re closed early!

Edit: I tried to call while being stuck and it just says to enter an access code. Oy vey.

Best looking food I’ve had from most Taco Bell’s. Much better than the surrounding locations.

Got in the drive through at 8: 20pm. Waited 10mins. No one was taking orders and 15mins later 2 workers pull up together in their car. I don’t recommend this location. Seems like the went home for they day.

Excellent service. This is a new store that is still in the process of learning everything. The food was excellent. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I don’t understand why people need to complain about food being wrong. Give the place a chance

I had to go back Because they forgot to Give me something that I ordered and my tacos had a little spoon full of meat in them horrible service

Asked for a beef and cheese burrito and they put beans on it. Don't understand how hard it is to take a order sometimes.

I was excited to see this taco bell opening so close to my house because I love taco bell! Unfortunately my double steak burrito I ordered was poorly made. No fiesta strips on it, the grilled cheese on top was glued to the wrapper and pulled off the burrito as soon as I unwrapped it taking the jalapenos with it. Also did not receive the Doritos locos taco I ordered. My wife's crunch wrap was properly made and she said it was tasty, but I was left very disappointed. Hopefully things improve. Staff was friendly and quick.

Order the vegetarian Mexican pizza and got one with beef. Also requested packets of hot sauce, did not get any
