Taco Bell, Amityville NY

When I used to live in Amityville I used to go to the Taco Bell but I'll be honest a lot of times the orders they get screwed up and even though I live down the block I really wasn't in the mood to go back I don't know if it's gotten any better but who knows.

Exclaimer (I am a pretty big fan of the food but this review is based on working for doordash) At night when the dining room closes I have to pick the customers food up through the drive-thru and it is ALWAYS an awful experience. The line is ALWAYS long (sometimes SO long cars are out on the main road). They are SO SLOW. One time the drive-thru line was really long and the dining room was closed so I went to the dining room entrance to see if maybe an employee could just hand me the order since the order was already pre-paid and it was ready (you could see the go-to order shelf had my order on there). I got their attention and showed them it was a door dash order and if they could just open the door and hand it to me and if they couldnt do that then at least have me just walk up to the drive-thru window and hand me the order. It would have taken 30 seconds as opposed to 7 minutes per person on the drive-thru line. Well they couldn't care less. When I was at the dining room door they just told me I had to get in the car and wait like everyone else. The food was ready already I would have been on the line for 15-20 minutes minimum. By the time I got the food to the customer it would have been cold not to mention the customer is told the food would be delivered by a certain time. The service at taco bell is always bad. Even if the dining room is open and you decide to go inside because the counter is pretty much empty you wind up waiting forever because they are always concentrating on the drive-thru orders. Now if I'm working for doordash at night and a taco bell order comes up I don't even bother no matter how good the tip is because it's not fair to the customer to tip good and have them wait forever for cold food.

Always delivered a good meal. The service is always great at taco bell and this was no different. These drive thru window workers really know how to get the job done.

I Was Going To Get Something To Eat. There Was One Person Ahead Of Me And Had Been Waiting At Least 10 Minutes And His Order Was Still Not Taken. I Walked Out And Left To Eat Elsewhere. Horrible Service! No Organization!

Refused to help customer rather the customer use touch with only one available with no cleaning solution available after every use. Service was busy with available workers able to help but did not. Big fail. Try again

Nachos fries and the Mango drink was good. Just needed a snack and it tasted very good and the fries was nice and warm. Ate every drop! Very good

Our family got very sick from here last week! Beware.we got a family pack of tacos! Yuck! Never again!

If I could I would have given it a zero stars the poor kid sat out side & took my order & than charged my credit card but the food wasn't even hot it was Luke warm it that sucks

This is my spot. Morning shift always on point. Got the wrong order once and still was satisfied.

You can order only from a guy who sitting outside, no menu to look up, taco bell must be broke if the cat fix the intercom, what a joke that why they pay the Maneger should fire him!

Sad sad location. Wrong items, missing items, soggy tacos, everything lacking meat. Just keep driving to a better location.

I got my wife a chicken quesadilla and not only did it com out completely uncooked the person in drive thru was not prepared for her job she needs to be trained or retrained.

My go-to entree at Taco Bell is the Crunchwrap Supreme. Sadly, the Crunchwraps at this location aren’t supreme. On this visit it was more like Crunchwrap average. I’ll consider this a rare miss, but will probably steer my business to other nearby locations for the foreseeable future. On the plus side, the cinnamon twists were on point and the drive thru service was speedy.

Too slow every time I order from this place it takes the driver like an hour to get my get my stuff
Some times they just cancel than I have to wait more so another driver can pick my food up

My boyfriend and I went to this Taco Bell on Halloween night. There was a big line and as we were up next the cars were beeping at us and Jeremy A was working the drive thru and he kept his composure and serviced us so well. As we approached the window he was very sweet and nice and offered us with the most professional customer service. Please give him the raise he deserve!

JOE! We came in like an hour within closing and he was sooooooooo nice! Like above and beyond service. We love nice ppl and he was nice. Give him a raise! Make him manager! Something! He’s awesome! ️
