Taco Bell, Buffalo NY

The staff here are extremely rude and treat you as if you are bothering them no matter what. I ordered some things and was missing one item. I tried to have my boyfriend have the issue fixed but he received attitude and was refused a resolution because we were trying to “scam” them. I’m not complaining over a $2 taco I didn’t get, although I paid for it, but whoever is hiring these people really needs to either train them to be more welcoming or just not hire them at all. I like the food but hate the experience that comes with it from this location. I hope it gets better one day because this has not been the first time.

Very bad service and one lady working at night time look like black. She doing only text messages her boyfriend. She don't care about the customer

I love Taco Bell and most of the time they get my order correctly, but there are sometimes that they give me the wrong order and if you ordered it thought their app, then you can’t get a refund without calling customer care which is a hassle.

The staff on second shift have to be prompted to acknowledge the customer. They will literally allow a customer to sit at the speaker and say nothing until you say hello multiple times. The service is slow I'm going to assume they are short staffed. The location on union at galleria drive has horrible customer service.

Has turned around, new management perhaps. Line speed determined by what other people order. Haven't had order messed up in a while now, so I'm coming more regularly cuz I enjoy these stupid tacos lol

I was parked at the drive through soaker for over 5 minutes. No one spoke to me. It's 12: 43PM. Terrible staff.

Very poor staff didn't know what was going on only 2 of em seemed 2 know 2 do got orders screwed up will not go back here again

Most of the food was alright but they gave us our frozen drinks already melted like an inch at the bottom. I'm no freeze drink expert but I would've made that last, or at least not as soon as we put in the mobile order so they had a lot of time to melt

Probably the worst Taco Bell, it's always something. Lucky to get any food for them. Workers do whatever they want.

The tacos that I got were slopy and fell apart all over me there was meat on the out side of the taco I thought it was supposed to be in side! Like the audacity they have to do that I will. Not be eating here for a very long time.

Another bad review? Shocker! I’d give them zero stars if I could. Don’t order online and expect to get your order. I’m pretty sure they do this intentionally so they keep your order for free and eat it.

They’re the absolute worst location, I had to cancel through Grubhub because the delivery eta was 2 hours and the drivers kept cancelling after arriving at the restaurant. Something seriously wrong here.

Don’t come this story at night. Workers very slowly working and some times telling we noserving doordash. Need change staff to more responsibility and energy people

No sense of urgency for this place. Full staff but when you watch them work all you can do is shake your head.

COMPLETELY DISGUSTED. Some rude girl at the window had her back to me for about 5 minutes when i first pulled up. I asked her name, gave me the nastiest attitude and asked why I wanted to know.then slammed the window and turned her back again. Slow wait to get my food, and she threw my bag at me without saying anything. NEVER going here again.

I just ordered something from Taco Bell on Union Road opened it up fresh from the store and there it was a bug it looked like a little roach so nasty I would’ve took a picture but I just brought it up and threw it away

Absolutely ridiculous. 20 dollars worth of food, 30 minute drive, just for them to tell me they were out of everything ordered on the app. This place needs to be reassessed or shut down. Open til 1am no reason they should be shutting things down at 11! LAZY!
