Taco Bell, New York NY

If I could give 0 stars I would. Food takes forever, at least 20 minutes, and multiple times it's been cold. This place needs to be revamped, sorry.

Nasty food smells horrible most of the time it’s not fresh! Rude obnoxious registrar very unprofessional in front of customers thought I almost had food poison behind them. They need a new staff n take out the rude one she’s really rude food smelled like some sort of chemical horrible taste

I plan to be truthful about the experiences
I have at any of these places. First of all it
is Kentucky Fried Chicken and Taco Bell together in the same place. (The corner of
Broadway and 150th Street in Harlem). I used to manage a KFC years ago on Times Square and 43rd st. Most places I frequent tries to improve over time. I don't think KFC/Taco Bell got the memo. In all fairness I have only ordered from KFC so far. I went to order KFC'S $20 bucket once. On TV the bucket has chicken falling on the table overflowing. When you
order one you get 8 pieces (and that ain't even a quarter of the bucket). Sure you get
mashed potatoes and cole slaw. Who cares if you getting beat with a small amt.of chicken. I was so upset I called KFC headquarters. Sorry we only have 8 pieces
in the $20 bucket. Today, I foolishly went back to KFC and now the so called $20 bucket is now $30. I said to myself know chicken is that good. I said give me 2 chicken sandwiches and I'm out. Next time I'm going to Popeye's!

Eww, that was disgusting. Worst Taco Bell I've ever tasted. Taco shell was nice and crunchy but everything tasted like old grease. Still trying to get that nasty taste out of my mouth.

They didn’t want to take my order and they said they didn’t sell fries when it was on there menu, also they can’t even afford there own property,

I remember TB gave you ingredients in their products that were substantial. Ok if your used to it.

I like taco bell but this location is the worst first off they try to charge me more than what I asked for second they did not verify the order thirst when they said come forward they said I was in a wrong spot in a berry mast attitude and finally when I asked for mild sauce Bec I can't have anything spicy I get hot I will never come to this location ever again

An hour before closing time and they were closing. Space was left open while someone was not in attendance. A waste of my time and energy.

Everything is burnt or stale. Not worth going to this location. Awful customer service and awful quality

Twice i went and my taco shell was old. First time i figured they messed up 2nd time it was clear that they just don’t give a F and it shows. Rude and unfriendly staff there as well. I don’t know who the franchise owner is but they should be embarrassed. Stay away from this location

It makes me sad that this is one of the few taco bells in the heights. Just save your money, time, and energy and get a slice of pizza somewhere

Closing time is 11 pm but they close at 10 they don't want do business. Disrespectful people

The services sucks. Workers are lazy and rude. The food is awful. No meat in the tacos or burrito. Overall the worst!

I had not eaten taco bell for more than 5 years, I do not know if it was that during the time I had not eaten taco bell I ate better tacos elsewhere or it was just a bad expectation in this taco bell place or my palate at try something better change Good luck but taco bell is not for me

Nasty food, tacos were half full, flat, tasteless soda and worst of all all the tacos were prepared with burned meat or whatever they call it had to throw it away

A Taco Bell with no chicken softaco, they over charge for little bit of chicken and lettuce.never again.

They are very rude and they need more staff. A manager should be there at all times. It took 15min to wait for two people ahead of me. Then once I was at the register he walked away and some took my order 7min later. Unexpected service. I Won’t be back here
