Taco Bell, Brooklyn NY

They messed up my order, didn’t get what I wanted. If I wanted to get my item it’s either I re order online or go get it myself in stores. Keep in mind I asked for delivery because I’m unable to go to store. This is not the first time this happened. I’ll be ordering from another taco bell location instead, thank you.

The food was good- burritos and classic combo. However, the workers was talking too much while they prep the food, the area was untidy and they ran out of supplies on a Monday whn I was there.

The food in the service there was very good, but the bathroom was filthy, stinky and nasty!

They never gave me what I ordered they always miss giving me something this place is the worst with its service I rather drive elsewhere then to go here.

Second time we orderd food from this location and its second time the messed up our order and forgot few item in our bag. On top of that the manager said that she cannot help me and if i'd like the missing food i need to reorder it. Such a shame. Never gonna order here again.

This is the second time I been to this location and idk If there was a manager there or the girl sitting at the register was The manager instead of taking orders she was directing everyone to the kiosk so she can be on her phone the other employees were eating online I would never go to this location again very unprofessional if I was the owner to this place I would've fired the whole night crew and replace them with the new staff

The workers here are sooo rude every time, and they never get the order right either they leave something out or make something we didn’t ask for. Honestly the worst Taco Bell I have ever experienced.

Place was empty, no line. Kinda dirty. No condiments. Condiment station was dirty
Rice was hard in my burrito.

I enjoyed myself, had the b taco supreme. It was delicious, didn't know I needed to ask for jalapeno. Still was delicious

This is the worst Taco Bell I've been to. It wasn't clean, the workers were semi rude and my order was packed so sloppy and falling out of the wraps! Never again will I go to that Taco Bell. Wasted time and $$.

This place is dirty and the employees are very disrespectful you ask them for help and they act like they don’t see you and hear you and I been standing here ask for help for 15 minutes and I go to the counter and ask if they can take my order and they telling me no figure out how to fix the machine on your own and I ask why they can’t help me and they start Cursing me out in front of my daughter and they are on they cell home and not paying attention to anyone or anything I will never spend my money for n this dump this place is the most ghetto place I ever been to this place should be shut down this ain’t the first time they do this to me even the manager is disrespectful

This Taco Bell is what one should expect a Taco Bell restaurant to be. The restaurant is clean and the staff was quick when preparing my order. I do not know if this is a regular thing with Taco Bell restaurants but at this one you can only order your food at a self service kiosk and they do no't provide you with a paper receipt. If you would like a receipt you have the options of having it emailed or texted to you.

Poor customer service and management. Always out of something, never have the full menu avaliable. The employees themselves don't even know what they have in stock.

Reluctant to give refund (always an argument).

The Brand itself is great. Always loved Taco Bell, but this particular store is very sloppy. Every time I get my food its mixed with other ingredients and put together like a child made it. Still store is pretty new so it's nice but again watching them make your food looks like a crime scene with ingredients all over.

Service was a bit slow despite there hardly being any customers in the store. Food was made sloppy as well.

Taco bell employees are slow getting orders out. I ordered before three people and they got there order way before me. Also never order from that location on Uber Eats App you will never see your order delivered.

I went to get a taco for my children and they told me to use the machine. I needed help with the machine and there was no one to help me because they was busy with preparing orders. I then asked if they can take my order for me and they said they are busy that’s why they told me to use the machine. I don’t know I had to leave because I wanted to order but no one was able to help me order the food. It is sad because I love Taco Bell but this is horrible customer service. It seems like there’s no manager to guide the workers or supervisor because this is very unprofessional
