Basic tex Mex fare at decent prices. More for someone who wants an Americanized version instead of the authentic cuisine. Would recommend double checking as with all fast food, sometimes things are forgotten.
Havent gone TB in decades impresssed to see menu options has definitely changed expanded. Nice variety of items to order to include vegetarian options. Guess I'll be back.
Worst manager actitud, and cashier don’t listen to the customer give them actitud like it’s the customer fault, the music it’s very loud. They don't pay attention to the details with the clients. They're very reckless and unprofessional way of speaking. If they don't want to work with people they should go to work in an animal shelter. A really bad experience worst taco bell yo go to enjoy with your family.
I've worked customer service and retail in my life, so I understand the struggle and never give hard working people a hard time. I'm always empathetic towards customer service workers even when they mess up my order.
This Taco Bell ALWAYS messes up my order, like literally every other order something is wrong or missing. I've been coming to this Taco Bell for over 8 years because of the convenience and for the vegetarian options, and I always end up just forgiving and forgetting because I'm not the type to really care about the $5-$10 because I'm grateful to be in a good position in my life to not let little things like this bother me. I probably ordered from this Taco Bell like 80+ times in a year so you can imagine how much money I wasted in not getting my full order or having something given incorrectly.
I think I finally hit that point in my life where this place finally tested my patience and I'm just done with this place for good. Service has been getting worse every year and the staff are always rushing you to place your order as if they have somewhere they have to be even if you are the only person in line. But I finally had it because I LITERALLY just ordered food 10 minutes ago and I got the #8 Doritos Locos Tacos combo with potato substitution and these people LITERALLY GAVE ME TACOS WITH NOTHING but TOPPINGS! I had tacos with lettuce, cheese, sour cream and tomatoes!
Just left taco bell drive thru. The woman on the mic was a complete jerk. Nasty attitude and unprofessional. Shouldn't be working with customers.
First time I went with my husband and children to this place on Sunday and I liked the food we all liked it and also the customer service and the place was clean the burrito the tacos doritos and the chalupas they were delicious
Train your drive through workers to have more sense.old lady talking to me like I’m her child because of something she doesn’t understand.if you don’t like your job you shouldent be there 1/26 12: 10 in the night. Please be warned! The Drive thru attendant is the rudest and impatient person you will encounter here. She’ll force you for your orders and will sarcastically make comments. Obviously, she is not grateful for her job making her customers feel her miserable customer work ethics. Taco bell management should send her to sensitivity training or better yet anger management to be efficient at good customer service. Will not go back to this place again. This branch lost a customer on me!

These workers are NASTY. They are rude, don't care about customer service or how they handle food. There was a long black curly hair in my crunch wrap supreme. I tried calling multiple times but they never answer and going back is extremely out of my way.
Absolutely do not go here they are double charging orders staff needs to know how to stay shut no need for their input dont go above ur pay grade the manager is not a manager ridiculous she decided to argue and escalate the issue a box can do her job.no stars deserved!
This is the 3rd time in a row they messed up my order and sent the wrong food. They need to hire people that can actually read and understand orders. Receipt clearly says veggie nacho burrito but they send beef in which we do not eat. Gave two stars because this has been a new reoccurring problem. Must have new staff. Do better taco bell
If you order on the app, your food is ready very quickly. My chicken chalupa was stuffed and delicious.
