Taco Bell, Norwich NY

It's Taco Bell. We all know how the food is. But if you come here for KFC.be prepared to be told they have no chicken. It's happened three times to me.

It's a fast food place. Just like most of the others over priced and nothing is done like it should be. Just a bit better then other fast food places

It's a nice quiet restaurant. Staff was decent. Not overly talkitive. Food was as expected in a fast food place. Good atmosphere. Good parking.

Not too bad. I don't tend to eat taco bell because I prefer my guts stay inside me but I didn't get sick this time so I'm impressed. Always have a soft spot for your Quesadillas

Went back after reading a plea in the reviews. Not any better LOL soda machine broken so only option was bottled water or a Capri sun! WHAT A JOKE! Smh! Like I said previously.
It's quite literally always SOMETHING! The headset went out, there's no ice, out of nuggets. I could go on, but I think you get the point there. Now if you do get food IT'S NEVER EVER FRESH! It's always room temp.never crispy! THIS PLACE SHOULD CLOSE! How do you even run a business like this? ! I'm so appalled all I can do is laugh! Smdh!

I think the staff had gotten better and everyone that is making a crazy review you should try it.it's not hard to make orders and take them but we work are butts off and we always nice here and we do are best to make sure you get your good and the right one at that yes we aren't perfect but we do want we can to make it work and also the cleaning has been getting better so I think you should try this location

Taco bell obviously closes earlier than KFC. The taco bell menu was unavailable and they didn't have any French fries and it was way overpriced for lukewarm food. Would not recommend this place.

Food was way overpriced, service slow, and the drive up menu is too small to read. In general, they won't see me again for a long time,

First the cashier messed up my order and then they only put 2 out of the 6 ingredients on my burritos. I had to wait a long time to order and receive my food and the food was priced double the other taco bell locations. All around terrible experience.

Not corporate owned so the prices are like 3 dollars more for everything.some.dude got charged 25 dollars for 6 tacos

Staff were slow while it was not busy at all. Tables are gross and sticky. Soda machine was spraying out different sodas. Food was just overall gross for both kfc and Taco Bell

This was the most disgusting place I've been to in a long time management should be ashamed to leave the restauran in this conditione dining room smelled like the bathroom tables were sticky from neglect food stuck to the walls floor was slippery like they had grease in the mop water

Food and service were good.
This Taco Bell is not on the Taco Bell App and you can not order or get credit on your account.

There was a long wait in the store and the food tasted terrible on top of that. The staff needs a bit more training. They seemed to be very inattentive and not caring.

Great food. We love the nacho fries and grilled cheese burrito! The cheese quesadilla was expensive though. The people were very nice. Clean restaurant.

Place was clean. Woman that took our order acted like she was on something. Cook got allot of orders confused. Not going back there.

Well where to begin these is absolutely no lighting in the parking lot when your in drive-thru and the building isn't even lighten up. You barely knew they were open. Then as your pulling around you see the prep station and the crew are pulling food out of the plastic bags the prepepped food comes in and cross contaminating everything because I watched them go from one bag to the other while gloves are on then touching the oven doors by the back drive-thru window then going and making more food. I'm food safe certified and that was gross. We got our food all of it was cold and wasn't even in the right wrappers. I think the store manager or owner need to get this place into shape.

Terribly disorganized.
The dining room is usually filthy and sticky. Like.old movie theatre floor sticky.
Always out of something.
Stupidly overpriced at this location. You can eat a nice sit-down meal for cheaper.

One time however my seven layer crunch wrap.was made perfectly and I commend whoever that was. Atleast one of them knows what they are doin.

I spent $32 on 3 quesadillas that were undercooked, very cold. Staff was extremely rude, gave us dirty looks. We walked in and immediately got a bad smell of grease. Extremely gross, soda was really watered down. Later to find out me and my friends all have food poisoning.
