I love heaven as a server best help ive had in along time she didnt ask me to repeat myself five hundred times and it’s unmistakably a good place for a taco, go heaven given 10 stars

I was serviced by an employee named Maddy and she was so rude and I felt extremely uncomfortable and un welcomed definitely need to re train there staff ….

Made me wait 5 mins at drive thru didn’t even take my order at the drive thru. Took person behind me instead and insisted they never heard me even tho I honked like 4 times. Extremely unprofessional and threw the food at me.

The food is good but i wish i could call the store and place a order so that i can just come in pay and pick up my food if im in a rush.

No issues with the food but instead with the hiring manager at the Evens Mills Taco Bell. How are you going to hire someone agree to a schedule have them show up for onboarding to be told they are too busy and you will get a call back to reschedule. So you wait a few days and nothing so you call several times over the next 3 weeks and get a run around because not a single person wants to talk to you. I think its safe to say for some reason i wasnt actually hired but why set me up to ghost me. Clearly you are not hiring and you dont have the respect to speak to me directly about recanting your decision. Do better Taco Bell amd if you are looking to be hired here save yourself the hassel and apply elsewhere.

It's fast food at the end of the day, but it's still delicious and quick if you're real hungry.

I bought the nacho Supreme minus the tomatoes at the drive-through. The customer before me had a large order, and my nachos got placed with their order. Needless to say, I had to wait for them to make me a new order. The lady apologized profusely. I told her that I was fine, and I could wait. Everyone makes mistakes. Either way, the nachos were delicious.

One of the very few places that are reasonably priced still, foods always out fast and they're always very nice.

Usually get good food here but sometimes the food portions are so off. Look at this steak quesdilla I got. I opened up one of my pieces and It was 5% steak and the rest just tortilla.

My husband placed an online order, I picked it up. After driving 10 miles home he discovered we were missing a quarter of our order. I drove back for it so my daughter would have her dinner. I was given a mere two free taco coupons for my extra driving and wasted gas.

All the employees were very nice and helpful, though. No complaints about that aspect.

Fast and friendly service. Love the change up on the menu. Still have the old-time favorite with the spice of trying new foods.

Im giving it 3 stars because first when I got home (15 min) and my food was cold and when i was half way through my taco there were 3 whole piece of hair in my taco. I think that is very disgusting.
