Taco Bell, Far Rockaway NY

The service was horrible the manger was on the register and she wouldn't take people's orders while on a personal phone call completely unprofessional

This place has gotten some people very sick, two families i know have contracted food related illnesses. I advised you to be extremely careful while ordering food here, it may cause you your underwear, bed sheets, mattress, and your pride. Good luck!

Theirs always something wrong at this store like the ice machine never works the soda taste like a** and this is literally a on going thing

I am a dasher got 3 orders there the lady that was there told me that the order was picked up a while ago. How is it going to be pickled up a while ago if I arrive there at the exact time the app told me? She did not even looked at the bags to see if it was there.please don’t waste your time coming to this Taco Bell or ordering from here. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went there this past Friday. It was empty but clean. The girl that assisted me had a bit of an attitude, not very welcoming. I got my order In 2.5 seconds, got home it was cold and underdone. Did not enjoy and will not return to this location. They need better staff.

I made a purchased from Uber eats at this Taco Bell and they got my order wrong. This is the second time this happened. I already filed a complaint against this Taco Bell The workers are very unprofessional and sometimes when you speak to them they have a attitude. The workers are ghetto. They have no respect for their customers. Now I see why y'all work at Taco Bell Because y'all are so ghetto and disrespectful. Go to McDonald's it's way better They serve you better and they have respect. And besides their tacos and burritos it's not that good. I won't be spending my money at this ghetto ungrateful Taco Bell restaurant.

Staff is rude they never have breakfast when it supposed to end at 11. It's 9am and no breakfast but yet still advertising breakfast smh.

Didn't serve us cos we did a walk in, as we didn't have a car and it was late. Told us we need a car to order food. So we got someone who had a car to order for us but still refused us. So we went to the Mac Donald's across the road, and they served us some food.

Taco Bell's service was the worst, and staff just didn't know how to treat customers.

The rating would have been a five, but the food was cold. I mean it was as if it had been cooked long before and then refrigerated.

I ate at this Taco Bell Saturday night around midnight. I have not been able to keep anything down since not even clear liquids. Idk if it cross contamination of what but i am so sick. I will never eat at this restaurant or another Taco Bell again.

When I lived in this area, it was a White Castle, then Checkers, now a taco bell in that spot? Cmon make up your minds.

Came to this location while visiting my grand kids. I’m very particular about the Taco Bell locations I eat from. This one came recommended from my son. I was pleased with the appearance. It was clean and wasn’t really busy. The staff was friendly and assisted with my needs. I don’t even notice the self ordering kiosk until I’d already ordered. My order was made quick and it was correct. Presentation of our food was great.

I will definitely visit again when in the area.
